6. Early Check in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and in case you want a confirmed early check in, kindly make the reservation from the previous night.
7. We do not allow pets in the apartment.
8. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
9. Please do not make any noises after 9PM.
10. Losing keys will incur a fee.
11. A refundable security deposit amount will be charged at the time of check in.
12. The pictures of the apartment may slightly vary, however please be assured that the layout, facilities and services will remain the same.
