This spot was perfect for my stay!. Beds and seating areas were quite cozy, it was very quiet, clean, and right across the parking lot from my favorite H-E-B! The Host was very attentive and available for all questions. This property was centrally located making it very easy to navigate around town. I will definitely chose this spot on my next trip back!

We are in the process of renovating our Houston condo and found this unit was available when we needed alternative housing. We stayed for 8 nights and we have already booked our next stay. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay with a dedicated, covered parking spot which we appreciated having given the hot days. Although located in a busy area, we found it to be very quiet. The neighbors we encountered were very pleasant. Another real plus of this unit is the gate at the back of the property that goes directly into the parking lot of the HEB grocery store and a shopping area that includes several good casual food outlets, all just steps away. We did not have a need to contact the owner with any issues during our stay and communications with Kimberly for check in and check out were very timely and efficient. She even checked in with us half way through our stay to make sure everything was going well. We can recommend this property and we look forward to our next stay.

Our stay here was perfect! Location was great. The pool looked inviting but too rainy while we we there to enjoy. The place had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back! Any questions we had were responded too and timely.

Lovely ground floor apartment with small patio area and located in front of the pool. Fully stocked kitchen and nice extra touches like a chocolate candy jar which we loved! Very convenient location, walkable neighborhood, behind shopping center, close to a park, the Galleria and several nice restaurants...enjoyed a great dinner at Trulucks. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our host was very welcoming and made it easy to move into the condo. When we asked for some help in understanding the TV she was on it immediately and was so helpful. We would return because of how she made our five days stay such a delight.

Kimberly was an amazing host! She was very helpful, responsive, and very thoughtful! She even remembered it was my daughter’s birthday during our stay and had the cutest gift waiting for her! The VRBO was perfect for our family (2 adults & 2 kids). It’s clean, in a safe area, and comfortable. It was well stocked with lots of extra amenities, which was much appreciated! It’s conveniently located next to a shopping center, so it was nice to be able to easily pick up groceries. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Kimberly was quick to respond to all of our questions. Location was perfect for our stay during the Jr Olympics and provided a great place to relax between the games. Apartment had many amenities that most locations do not. Definitely enjoyed our time there.

My wife and I had a great stay here. Very well stocked - kitchen, bath, etc. very nice stay. Great host. Great communication. Centrally located to restaurants, etc.

Lovely stay

Property is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Overall spa like feel. Owner Kimberly was helpful and attentive throughout entire process. Highly recommend this place!

My cousin and I came to visit our Houston family and the condo was just the space we needed to kick back and relax. Kimberly was very helpful and checked in on us to ensure we arrived safely.

Ms. Kimberly was an excellent host! It was just perfect for a long stay with kids. Practically had the pool all to ourselves.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was great! Great location and amenities. The only suggestion I would make is provide flatware to eat with and utensils to cook with. But we made it work. Glad that we were able to have family to visit I close proximity

Extended work stay.

Great place to stay. Location was good. Kim (the host) was amazing, totally treats guests like a family member. Here during Imelda floods and she checked in and even gave me travel pointers. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Kim for your hospitality.

Cozy stay

Very clean spacious apartment. Lots of thoughtful extras to make our stay pleasant. It was very convenient to walk to HEB and a few restaurants. Easy to communicate with host.
