Welcome to our tranquil retreat nestled in the heart of nature's beauty. Our place offers a harmonious blend of modern amenities and serene outdoor living. The spacious, open-concept kitchen is a culinary dream, featuring stainless steel appliances and a layout that encourages social cooking and interaction. The adjoining dining area is set against the backdrop of the picturesque outdoors, perfect for savouring meals and moments.

Guests will have private access to the entire house, including the balcony and private outdoor areas. Additionally, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee, and complimentary use of en-suite laundry facilities equipped with a washer and dryer. Parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway, two in the front-attached garage, and additional free street parking is available.

Getting Around:
Calgary is easy to get around, offering multiple options to get you to where you want to go when it is too far to walk.
Typically, driving in Calgary is a breeze with a 101-kilometre free-flowing ring road completed in December 2023 and multiple arterial roads that span from one end of the city to the other. So, the best way to get around is by car. Rush hour is 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. and again between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Guests can also use Uber rideshare or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day, and carsharing is available from Communauto Alberta.
Calgary has a very good public transportation system that makes it easy to get to most destinations via the bus, light rail transit or a combination of both with a light rail transit station or a bus stop only steps away.
The light rail transit system is called the CTrain which runs from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. every day of the week while the bus network is made up of over 100 routes, allowing people to get to places that are not covered by the CTrain. Most buses run at 15- to 30-minute intervals daily.
Other Things to Note:
With large south-facing windows, the living room and sunroom on the main floor, as well as the master bedroom on the second floor, can become quite warm, even during the winter. The zebra blinds in the living room and the curtains in the master bedroom can be closed to keep the spaces cool.
For guest comfort, our second-floor bedrooms (Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3) are equipped with central air conditioning. Temperature control for these rooms is centralized through a thermostat located in the master bedroom.
As a courtesy of staying in a single-family home in a residential neighbourhood, guests are kindly asked to take out and bring back the wheeled waste carts on waste collection days for the City to pick up and empty.
Access to the propane BBQ grill is available from May 15 to October 15. To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and as a courtesy to other guests, we request that all users of the BBQ grill perform a basic cleaning after use. Should a thorough cleaning be necessary following a guest’s stay, additional charges will apply.
The treadmill in the combined office/gym space is currently missing a safety key, which will be replaced as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: As part of our booking confirmation process and commitment to protecting our guests, properties, and community, all bookings must complete a simple Booking Validation facilitated by our trusted guest verification provider. This includes verifying the details of the lead guest or individual making the booking and their ID, signing a Guest Agreement, and selecting either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The damage waiver provides protection against accidental damage during the stay and is recommended as a convenient option for added peace of mind, in accordance with the terms set out.
