Clean house. Minor things wrong (missing window screens, fan broken) that indicate a flip. Host controls the thermostat… Nice location, close to stuff but not right on top of it.

Home was new feeling very nice. Big rooms, Big Beds, plenty closet area. Nice bathrooms. We are planning on returning.

Looks are Deceiving

2/10 recommend!! We arrived at 130am Thursday morning. The fans are not calibrated so they make a vibration noise that is hard to sleep through but the rooms get too warm without them.When morning came while looking through drawers for silverware we discovered a zip lock bag of moldy drug paraphernalia as well as some type of plants used for drugs. When pictures were sent to owner her response was to throw away. For the cost of the host fee and cleaning fee how was that missed during prior cleaning before we came in?? There are huge spiders behind the bath mirror that ran up the wall while I was brushing my teeth the size of quarter or little larger , with multiple spider webs in corners and dead bugs smushed on walls. ( check your sheets and bags on floor)I picked this VRBO for several reasons one being the picture out the back door . You never know when the pictures are posted on the site or when they are actually taken and the photos of the front looked fairly new so it never occurred to me that the backyard was NOT fenced-in NOR that there would be a walking path at the base of the property line ! This allows people walking their dogs to see in the house and use the back yard for their own dog’s needs. We flew in and were gone all day until evening/night the day we arrived therefore we never looked out the back door.WITHOUT this knowledge , it was very awkward when a man was on the path was looking at me through glass back door! No fence no barrier!

We would also like to clarify that you brought two dogs over 20 pounds without paying the required pet fee or incident coverage, which are part of the house policies to ensure a great experience for all guests. Regarding the backyard, our listing photos clearly show there is a public walking path behind the property, which is common in this peaceful neighborhood. Lastly, we were particularly surprised by your mention of finding items in the home, as no previous guests or our cleaning staff have reported such things. Given the controlled access to the property, we trust that nothing of that nature was left prior to your stay. Thank you

When we first arrived we found 26 spiders all across the house and I’m talking about the size of a daddy long leg and bigger. Host has good communication. The dressers were dirty when we arrived. All the vacuums and brooms were on the back patio so we had to clean them just to bring them inside so we could use them. Location of the house was good it was about 20-25 minutes from everything.

Our home was professionally cleaned just one hour before your arrival, immediately after the previous guests checked out, and the vacuums and cleaning equipment you mentioned were simply part of that cleaning process. When you let us know about the spiders, we immediately offered to come by within 15 minutes to inspect everything and take care of any concerns, but you preferred not to have us visit. We truly want every guest to have a wonderful stay and are always happy to help as quickly as possible whenever we're given the opportunity. We wish you all the best.
