This property was clean, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. Vicky, the host, was friendly and informative. We especially enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom and the private outdoor seating area. We would stay here again if we were paying another visit to the Mission area.

The place was exactly as described. The place itself was clean, including the towels and bed sheets provided. The location was safe and quiet. The place was also well-equipped with pots, pans, and other dishes which is a great add on. Vicky, the host, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. I would definitely book again when visiting Mission / Abbotsford next time.

The place was just like in the photos – very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our trip. You can tell the host really cares, everything was well thought out and made our stay super comfortable. She was always quick to reply and really helpful, even going out of her way to make sure we had a good time. We felt at home right away and would definitely stay here again.

Mission City

Overall the stay was exactly what we assumed it would be based on listing. It was quiet. We knew with the listing the bed was in an awkward spot, but it was comfortable.

Hi George I would love to hear from you what was lacking. Unfortunately as the pictures show there is little space around the bed. However that is clear according to the pictures. I want to improve and hope you will take the time to guide me on what I could improve so that I may maintain a 5/5 rating.

Everything was nice and location was good—but too small for « 4 » (not enough room for a sofa bed).. The water was great, but not hot enough to wash dishes. There are small low tables (4) but no real kitchen table. Suggestion : a fold down table along the wall under the window (to replace the « toaster holder »). Not really confortable for 4, but maybe a couple. The one- room apartment is too small.

Hi Chantal The place is small as stated in the description. The pictures reflect exactly what to expect. You can see in the pictures there are small tables and what it looks like with the sofa bed in use. Great place for short stays and definitely not a place for four people. However i have had many stays like your stay of two people without any issues. In fact a couple stayed for two weeks without any space difficulty. Structurally it is impossible to make the place larger if I could I certainly would. I wish you had mentioned about the hot water because if you run the tap for a bit you will get hot water. Interesting because during cleaning it was obvious from the broken dish soap dispenser you had difficulty with how it works. Again I wish you had simply asked and I would have explained how to use it. Wish you the best, Place Near The River

Perfect place to stay if you're needing a homebase in the area. I visited Mission Raceway Park. Everything needed to keep things going. Washer/dryer, storage and cooking facilities. Comfy bed. The heated bathroom floor is certainly different. Very quiet neighborhood, and off street parking available. Host Vicky was awesome! Highly recommended, and I would certainly stay again!

Nice and clean, cozy space. Very modern and comfortable. Only suggestion would be a small breakfast table to make having a meal a bit more comfy...not sure the best way to do this since it is a small space, and certainly no reason to rate less than 5 stars. Host is easy to contact and friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation, if/when we return to the Vancouver area another time.

Everything was great. Clean bed and bathroom. Well stocked with spare blankets, bath towels, pillows, etc. Kitchen area was clean. Space was just the right size. Host was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with:) thank you Vicky for the great stay while we attended an event in Mission away from home on Vancouver Island. Definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helping host

The host was very gracious and allowed me in the property early because I had a very tiring trip. She was very thoughtful. The unit is compact but has all the necessary amenities. Loved the coffee maker. Very clean and comfortable

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location

Vicky is a really fantastic host. Her communications were clear & helpful, and she answers questions immediately!The unit itself is cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate, the bed comfortable. There's a portable "closet" that contains everything you might need, including extra pillows & blankets. The kitchenette is well stocked, there's in suite laundry if needed, and the pull out couch was remarkably comfortable as well.All in all, highly recommended. I especially appreciate a host who is quick to answer questions, and is gracious with their time. 10/10 would stay again.
