Excellent, exactly as it looked and really centrally located to Estes Park. Hot tub and river view were perfect!

We have not had this issue in the past, and it was not brought to our attention during your stay. We were accessible by phone 24 hours a day as well as by email, text, and through the Vrbo communication boards. We did inspect the unit after departure and did not observe any spiders. Please, in the future, be sure to bring any concerns to our attention during your stay. Jamie

Had an enjoyable stay. Loved the hot tub and the view of the river from the balcony. The property staff was very communitive and helpful. I would stay at this location again.

The room was everything we needed and was perfect for two people! We loved the fireplace and hot tub. It was very quiet because it was the off season. Check in was easy and communication with the host was great. Also, there were plenty of towels!

This is a very nice property. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, and very clean. The full size kitchen was very nice.The hot tub was a nice addition. I do have to say coming out to the patio there is very little space. There is a small table with two chair and no extra room. It would be very difficult to get 3 people on the balcony. We spent 4 days with 2 of those I was in bed with altitude sickness. So I can say the bed was very comfortable and I was very grateful for that.
