Loved this location and the friendly staff. Loved the DVD check out and games. The townhouse was right on the river and was well appointed for all we needed and well situated for Estes and the gateway into the Rocky Mountains. They allowed us early check in and a little time after for check out. Very nice stay.

Great cottage on the water in Estes Park! This was a great starting point for us coming from the east coast to acclimate and accessible from Denver airport. So very close to RMNP that we were able to access the park later in the day for hiking and to avoid the crowds. Great location by the creek with the running water to lull us to sleep. We were nervous about no air conditioning but it was not needed as it was plenty cool in August with the windows open. Cozy cottage had everything we needed. Nice location close to Estes Park. Would definitely go back.

The entrance to RMNP is very close and just 5 minutes away from DT Estes. The property has a great view of the river below the deck. Overall, a great location and wonderful place to stay!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Close to town. Close to RMNP. Nice quiet location with stream running through it. We loved it and will be coming back again.

Condo was a good size for our family of 4. We loved the location, easy access to RMNP. The creek outside this condo was a favorite spot for my 11 year old. Beds were comfortable and bedding was great! I also LOVED that we were not given a list of cleaning things to do prior to check out like most other VRBO rentals require. We already have plans to return and stay here again!

RMNP Fall Getaway

Great location! Clean and inviting! Great shower and topnotch bath towels. We all loved the bathroom and the patio overlooking the Fall River.

Cozy Retreat

The property was warm and inviting, It was clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the view of the creek and the surrounding woods, wonderful. Location was ideal for those visiting the national Park as the entrance was less than 5 miles away and close to town as well. It was a gem of a stay!

Cozy condo overlooking River- just outside of town

Comfortable, clean and well appointed. We loved being close to Estes Park but in a quiet corner away from the bustle of downtown. Very close to the park entrance!

Perfect Getaway!

It was amazing to get away from the noise of life and enjoy time with family. This location offers peace and the peaceful sound of the river, but is not far from all the fun Estes has to offer! Can’t wait to return!

Such a beautiful, quiet hideaway conveniently located between the RMNP Fall River Road entrance and the heart of Estes. My mother and I enjoyed a “Hallmark Christmas” 24-hour escape. This condo offered a cozy living area with fireplace perfect for watching cheesy movies and relaxing while jumbo snowflakes fell outside. The upstairs loft area was quiet and private as a second room, and my mother found the main bedroom comfortable. The bathroom had a nice, large shower (bonus points for great water pressure!). We enjoyed our relaxing girl trip thanks to this property!

Beautiful and Cozy

The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing. We loved the whole experience. There were no coffee filters (so you should stock up on those) but everything else was lovely. Thank you for letting us stay!

Nice little condo close to RMNP

We booked this condo for a last minute trip when available lodgings were hard to find. I'm glad we chose this one. It was clean, easy to find, with a comfy bed and close to RMNP. Check in process was easy and communication with the hosts was great. When we arrived, the toilet wasn't working correctly and the office sent maintenance over and they got it fixed right away. There were TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and loft area. There were also 3 fans, which was nice because most places in Estes (including this one) do not have AC. The living/kitchen area was small, but there was only two of us, so it was exactly what we needed. It would be fine for a small family as well, but I think it might be cramped for people wanting to do a lot of cooking or if you were vacationing with children and got stuck inside due to bad weather. Cell service was pretty spotty, but we knew that going in and the hosts are upfront about it. We were pleasantly surprised with the wifi connection. It was fast and stable. We had to spend a couple of rainy days inside and we were able to stream movies all day (we brought our own streaming device, they were not smart TVs) without interruption. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a last minute, relaxing getaway in the mountains.

Close to the park with a nice balcony overlooking the creek. Be aware there is no air conditioning as stated in the description. It did cool off nicely with the windows open at night.
