While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:

1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300

We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid

There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Working trip

We traveled here for a business trip. We travel nation wide for trips regularly and have never had anyone complain. This is the first time that someone has come after the fact and charged us for a cracked lamp. Please note we were not asked about it, although it was not our fault. We clocked 72 hours in 4 days, so we were rarely at the unit. We did notice that the bedroom lamp had a bad bulb (we didn’t complain) and the double shot wiring was bad ( so we fixed it, as this is what we do for work). I just feel that the host should have approached this with a conversation first but not just an email with a charge.
