Experience the 1910 Farmhouse, a spacious four-bedroom retreat that blends historic charm with modern comfort. Just ten minutes from Yakima, the home sits among orchards and open views, offering a peaceful setting for sunny days and warm evenings. Whether you're planning a family getaway, wine tasting weekend, or relaxing escape, the farmhouse delivers comfort and character in every space.

The home accommodates up to six adults and four children, with two full bathrooms and a charming powder room featuring a penny-tiled floor. Inside, you’ll find large gathering areas, a dedicated office space, a downstairs man cave, and a kids’ club for younger guests—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.

Spring and summer are when the property truly shines. Green lawns, blooming flowers, and long daylight hours create the perfect backdrop for outdoor living. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a European-style pizza oven (available upon request), and multiple patios with sweeping valley views. Three fire pits offer a great place to gather in the evenings, while the hot tub—set in a private, lighted gazebo—provides a relaxing way to unwind.

The farmhouse was charming and very clean. We appreciated the variety of outdoor seating areas which helped us find a shady spot when needed, and the hot tub was set to a nice school temperature during our summer visit. The owner was amazing!

Beautiful location in the country. Three beautiful bedrooms with large beds, 4th bedroom is really a kids room, with bunk beds. Beautiful patio with fire pits.

This is a beautiful property. The house was very clean and my wife was very pleased. The kids had a great time too. If you are going to be in the Naches area, we highly recommend staying here.

When we arrived on Wednesday the place was immaculate beautiful surroundings. Plenty of space for multiple couples . We enjoyed it so much we never left the entire week we were there. It is a working farm things are always going on but every single person was extremely friendly and they were not intrusive. This was a halfway meeting point between us and another couple and we definitely stay at this property again highly recommended.

The farmhouse is gorgeous with several beautifully planned sitting areas outside. We stayed for a girls weekend and the house had everything we could need. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Hot tub and fire pit areas made for continued outdoor use in the evening. Quite location but still close drive to town. Highly recommend.

Family memorial

Beautiful location and home. Quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked with kitchen equipment and dishes. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which was a problem for one family member, fortunately there was one pull out couch. It would be helpful to note all bedrooms are on the second floor. Thank you.

Yakima area farmhouse

Excellent farmhouse located outside of Yakima, surrounded by fruit orchards. Recently renovated, the house is beautifully preserved in it’s 1910 style, with all of the necessary amenities of the 2020’s. Hot tub, outdoor cooking, sitting areas around the property provide for ample privacy. Four upstairs bedrooms share a single bathroom with shower and tub. The powder room downstairs is small, functional, and beautifully renovated.

A perfect stay

This house was amazing. Everytime we needed something, the host had already provided it. We were chilly in the basement so I went looking for a space heater, and found one! We forgot jelly at the store for sandwiches, and found some! We didn’t have to buy kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. The popcorn and art room were huge hits for the kids! The property was very well maintained. The only thing we needed but didn’t have was a baby gate for the top of the stairs but we made it work! It truly was a perfect stay. 10/10 will be staying again!

We were visiting Yakima for our annual cherry picking trip and were lucky enough to book the 1910 Farmhouse. We had 7 adults and 2 children in our group and the house was perfect for us, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy, and very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. We grilled and had dinner on the back patio, the girls enjoyed the hot tub and watching the neighbors practice for the rodeo. We played games at the big table, roasted marshmallows over the firepit, saw a badger in the backyard and enjoyed every second of our stay. The views are spectacular, especially the sunsets, and the history of the house is intriguing. Kenneth is an outstanding host - his communication before we arrived was clear and detailed so we knew exactly what to expect, and he was very gracious in solving our dilemma of an unexpected guest. If I could give the farmhouse 10 stars I would! We look forward to a return visit next year. Thank you Kenneth!
