The space
This 5 unit apartment building is located in a trendy area of Highland Park. 3 of the 5 units are currently listed on Airbnb. The upstairs apartment is fully furnished as a comfortable home base, with all you need to cook and dine at home. Styled with an eclectic Bohemian Modern concept, that's not too fussy and maximizes space. This unit is unique in that the 3 walls of windows allow you to enjoy a consistent western off shore breeze.

There is no onsite laundry, however laundromats are close by with easy access by car or public transit.

A great alternative to a hotel, with a full kitchen, dishwasher & washer/dryer in the unit. Will make a wonderful long or short-term home-away-from-home.

Highland Park is a very active and diverse area. This property is basically at York and Figueroa which are the primary commercial streets with amazing options for food, shopping and local activities. The location also has easy access to most of what LA has to offer including an easy drive on the 110 into downtown Los Angeles.

This property was originally a single family home and a 4-plex was added to the rear. This unit is top floor front with roof top views and three walls of light. It gets great light and has updated kitchen and bath.
