With ten bedrooms spread across this beach retreat, this home is a Frangista Beach dream with a private pool, multiple porch levels where everyone can congregate, and a variety of spaces made for games or group activities. The indoors boast a first and fourth floor game room, a dining table for 16, and a 5th story observation deck where you can watch the sun go down. But with the humid temps in Florida, you’ll likely be spending most of your time outdoors in the pool. There’s also a hot tub attached to the pool, and we see no reason why you shouldn’t pamper yourself with both on your vacation to relax and unwind.

Great Luxury Family Vacation Home

We booked Soggy Dollar to host a family vacation of 30 people. It’s a luxury property with all the amenities that you would ever want or need. The only drawback was the elevator was not working properly so we had lots of stairs !

Beautiful home made it difficult to leave the place

This house is well suited for large family gatherings. The table was big enough to have 2 puzzles going, board games, and dinner placed, all at the same time. Plenty of room to spread out and the pool/hot tub combination was enjoyed each day. We thoroughly enjoyed the space.

Amazing property

This was a perfect house for our family vacation. There were 25 of us and there was lots of space for everyone! We all loved the pool and 4th floor game room. The kitchen was fabulous for large group cooking and there was lots of frig space and ice. The house was clean and well kept. The golf cart and bikes were added amenities that we enjoyed. The private beach was only a short walk away. All in all a house well worth the money we spent! Thank you!!

Family beach trip

We were 15 adults and 7 children 4 and under. This is a beautiful home that accommodated all of us comfortably. The home was was very well equipped with all the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor space and pool were amazing! We had an awesome time!!! Definitely want to come back.

Enjoyable Home

We enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend. Communication was great and they handled everything professionally. Make sure they have the hot tub jets fixed before your next stay and be prepared to walk up A LOT of stairs as the elevator isn’t alway reliable. This was a great home. We would stay here again!

Outstanding Large Home

This home worked exceptionally well for our family of 28. The 8 masters and multiple bunk rooms were perfect for our 8 couples and 12 children. Even with all these people there were always places to find alone time. The favorites were: the rooftop deck for sunsets; the pool and outdoor space, much of which was in the shade in late afternoon; proximity to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs provided; 4th floor game room; and the multiple washers and dryers; upscale appliances and furnishings; and the well equipped exceptional kitchen. The only slight negative was getting stranded on the golf cart twice and that we were only successful using it a couple of times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home.

Excellent home and attentive concierge.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Soggy Dollar! Hot Tub and Pool were amazing! Spacious rooms, beautiful view from the roof. Reasonable walk to the beach. Only real complaint is that the kitchen lacked garbage bags, dishwasher soap and dish rags.

Exceeded our expectations

We had a group of 30 ppl ranging from 2 months to 60+ years old and this house was perfect. There was never a time that it felt crowded at all. The pool/patio is where we spent most of our time and it was great. We had a wedding ceremony on the roof top over looking the beach and it couldn't have been better. Kelly was very easy to get in touch with and replied very quick.

Spring Break 2022

We had 28 people and we all fit comfortably. The location and the house are wonderful. A few essential household amenities would have been nice. For example, clothing hangers in the closets, a box of trash bags and paper towels, and a vacuum for use. I would definitely stay here again, however, if I were to go with anyone that has difficulty climbing stairs, I would think twice because the elevator worked very intermittently.

Wedding getaway

We booked this property for our wedding at Miramar Beach. Our friends and family stayed with us on location and we had the best time! There were a few maintenance issues but they were all addressed promptly.

All about time together

There is plenty of room to sleep what it says. However, note that the bunk rooms do not have doors (curtains only) and there can be echo throughout the house. The table is great for eating but not playing games. Minimalism is the theme. If you have 30+ people staying there, be sure to bring your own towels and blankets, if you just like to have a lap blanket. The upside was Echelon service. Kelly did respond promptly to every text that was sent. She is what made our experience positive. It was not a 5 star stay but it really could be. Location near the beach is awesome. And the rooftop is awesome as long as there is no wind. There is no instruction/information book. It would have saved some frustration had we had a book to refer to about the house and area. The stay was great because it was a perfect house for a large family that knows how to adapt.

Wedding Week of My Dreams

We traveled from Ohio for our destination wedding. We booked The Soggy Dollar to accommodate our immediate family - 27 in total. We had our wedding at the private beach access less than a block away and held the reception in the house. I can’t even describe it. Everything about the house is amazing! It was so spacious that we never felt like we were crowded. It had everything we needed. It was super clean and you can tell it is very well taken care of. Property management (Kelly) was quick to respond to all of our correspondence. The pool/hot tub was amazing and the most popular hang out in the house. We would come here every year if we could. Thank you so much for a wonderful 5 days!

The best location and house!

We booked this house for our friends and family, and it surpassed all of our expectations. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the pool/hot tub and kitchen area outside was enough for us to want to spend all weekend in the house. It has everything you need!
