Minutes from the Ocoee River! Farmhouse that sleeps 18! 3 King Suites!

Welcome to beautiful Polk County, TN! This beautiful farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is located only minutes from both the Ocoee River for rafting and kayaking and Parksville Lake for boating and swimming. The house is set up to hold 18 people with a maximum of 12 adults. There are three King suites that have their own bathroom attached and one bunk room with a full bunk and another bunk room with two full bunks. There are three separate living areas one of which is set up with arcade games and theater seats for a theater room experience. There is a creek on the property that can be hiked to. Only registered guests may be on the property, but we do welcome events with a separate charge and event insurance. Just message us for details. New photos coming soon!

Beautiful home, Beautiful location. The three sets of bunk beds made dividing of sleeping arrangements a challenge but it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. James was awesome and always responded to any questions we had

Overall we loved the property for this gathering. The minimal towels, lack of washcloths and hand towels along with bathroom trashcans made it a less accessible.

10/10 Fantastic stay!!This was an excellent experience! The house was beautiful, and very spacious. We had 15 folks in the very comfortably, and the kids loved seeing the animals in the back yard!! Not only that, but our host was extremely gracious and kind. There was a mishap with the number of folks he knew was coming and the amount of towels; but he was so kind and helpful willing to bring us towels in the middle of the night just so we were taken care of! This was possibly my most favorite stay in the Cleveland area and we will try to book again next year!!-Jami Linhart

The spacious rooms were clean & met our needs for the family to gather during a trip to a family wedding. We were disappointed that jacuzzi baths did not work on the second floor bathrooms. Thanks for replacing the microwave. One item in kitchen supplies that we could have used was more cereal/soup bowls. 4 were hardly adequate for our larger group.

Great Place to Stay

This house is shockingly pretty inside and out. The rooms are big and the feeling you get is that of spaciousness and openness. This house can sleep a lot of people. I love the bunk beds that are queen or full size. I thought it was very fun for the kids in the group. It is recently remodeled so it is all fresh inside. Everything about this property is comfortable. The grocery store and “downtown” Ocoee is only 10 minutes away. River rafting and some hiking trails are also convenient to the property. I recommend this property. Jim who manages the property was easily accessible for any help we asked for. They even have a theatre room that is magnificent.

The house is perfect for large groups that need to be in the area. We were able to sleep 13 people comfortably. For this specific stay, though, we had consistent problem with gnats. Even though we kept no food out and none was left behind (at least that we could find) they were all over the kitchen and making their way upstairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Nothing that made it unbearable but it was really annoying to have to deal with them. Though the bulk of them in the kitchen became the real problem when we couldn't keep a lot of food safe from them.The other thing to keep in mind with this house is that there is no carpet anywhere. As nice as that is aesthetically, it made every small sound carry everywhere in the house at a considerable volume. You can't do anything quietly here. We also recommend that if you want to do a lot of cooking, though there are basic pots provided, I suggest bringing your own. Some pots have seen better days and the others aren't big enough for the amount of people that the house can host.All in all, VERY spacious and convenient. Our group will stay again but would love to see these added improvements for our next stay (Bug control and sound prevention).

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 11 during our trip to Cleveland for a family reunion! The house was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The "littles" in our group were obsessed with the theater room and bunk beds. As a bonus, we got to see several deer and cottontail bunnies in the front yard! Jim, the property owner, was wonderfully accommodating and incredibly quick to respond to any questions. We will most definitely book this property again next year!
