Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us during your Ocoee rafting trip. We’re glad the cabin met your needs for your visit and that the on-site property manager was not disruptive. We’d like to clarify for future guests that our listing does disclose that the owner/property manager resides in a separate, private, locked living area with no access to the guest portion of the home, allowing guests to enjoy the cabin independently while having assistance nearby if ever needed. As for the home itself, it is a mountain cabin with beautiful natural wood flooring throughout, which can occasionally produce the creaks and sounds that are common in this style of home. We also strive to be transparent about all applicable fees, including our pet fee, which helps cover the additional cleaning required after pets. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience.
