This is our second time staying at this property. We love the neighborhood, love the walks to the cliffs. Close to our daughter who attends PLNU.The host is always so helpful & accommodating! We will be back :)

Cozy home. Large backyard. My family and I enjoyed being close to the beach. Beds are comfy. Couch comfy. Linens soft. My only comment is there are no dressers.

Great home, super comfortable, loved the fully fenced back yard. The neighborhood couldn’t have been better - so much within walking distance and everything you would want or need nearby. The property management was brilliant- checked in often without being obtrusive. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful & convenient location

Close to the Sunset Cliffs Park just down the street. Convenient to all the sights and attractions in San Diego. Clean and spacious.

Nice location. We enjoyed our stay. Clean & comfortable home. Everything we needed to prepare food. Nice dishes and cookware. Appliances were nice. Loved having a laundry room. Great patio & yard. Would stay here again.

Short walk to sunset cliffs.

Nice house just a short walk away from sunset cliffs. We walked to the tide pools and the farmers market. Quiet neighborhood at night. NXT Vacation Management made everything smooth and easy. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The host management company was great, very responsive and checked in several times to make sure we were settling in okay. They made the process of checking in seamless. We really appreciate the cleanliness of the home and amenities. And when we couldn’t find a cutting board, they brought one by the next day. Great location and pix and description of the house on the site were very accurate. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great location, awesome house

1.5 blocks off Sunset Cliffs, incredible location. Nice house, gets a little warm but there is an AC unit in the master bedroom. Great kitchen / living area and backyard. A few things need attention but overall great experiwnce, would rent again.

Property was great! Host was fabulous! Helpful from start to finish with our stay! Quiet neighborhood, huge back yard, walking distance to the cliffs. Great location! Everything was clean & perfect. Enough parking for a full size truck & jeep cherokee in the driveway, also plenty of street parking. Was great as we were moving our daughter home from college for the summer. Had plenty of space in the back yard behind the gate to store items as we enjoyed activities in the area & didn’t want everything in the truck the whole time. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you
