Multiple restaurants in walking distance: Beach front dining at the popular Whales Tail. Cabana Cafe located downstairs is a fun family restaurant with live music & bar overlooking the pools. It stays open until 2am. Walk to: Acme Oyster Bar, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Sandlot Sports Bar, Two Birds Cafe, and Moo La La Ice Cream. Other nearby restaurants include: Pascalli Kitchen, Royal Palm Grille, Surf Hut, Pompano Joe's, and Crab Trap. Live music on the corner. Less than a mile from the resort entrance you will also find the well known Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

The condo has very nice furniture and amenities. Everything was in great condition. The ocean view was great. The host was very responsive to questions. Don't hesitate to book if you are looking for a higher end stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The hotel was very nice and the kids loved the pool! Short walk to the beach, but the amenities made it worth it!! We hope to stay again next year! Thank you for a great week!

The owner has a beautiful property with great views. His property manager Walter is very accommodating and very quick to respond to any issues or concerns. We will definitely be coming back to the unit for other stays.

Excellent condo with a view

Wonderful Stay at Mirimar Beach

Nice condo with great view. We have stayed here three times and had another great visit. Nice furnishings, easy access to the beach, and plenty of room. The host is very easy to deal with and helpful.

This place was great! Location to the beach was nice and the property was great. The pool is huge which our kids loved. The view was fantastic from the 15th floor. The building does check wrist bands so anyone not staying on the property can not join you.

Great stay. Nice layout, furnishings, and location. Love the close proximity to the beach. Good communication and no issues. Our second time in this unit and we would definitely stay again.

This 15th floor condo was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Features a wide balcony for morning coffee. Property and amenities were just as described in listing.

Great Vacation!

The condo was great. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with a wonderful view. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We love helping people to escape the everyday trials and stress of life, and enjoy the peace, tranquility and awesome opportunities to recharge our batteries!

This property was chosen because Ariel Dunes II has a superior view of the beach and the Gulf of America compared to Ariel Dunes 1. With new sofas, brand new A/C, new washer/dryer, new flooring, new carpet in bedrooms and all NEW WHIRLPOOL KITCHEN APPLIANCES including ice maker of course and filtered water!THIS CONDO IS STATE OF THE ART! A very short walk to the beach and with THREE SWIMMING POOLS (one heated) to choose from if you wish. The rates are extremely competitive with NOT a lot of added on fees like most condos! Photos don't do justice - YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!
