Great getaway home

This was an absolutely amazing property. Not only a great outdoor area around the pool, but excellent fishing off the dock and so much to do within walking distance of fisherman‘s village.. The inside had so much space and was beautifully renovated.

A wonderful relaxing place to stay

A clean and comfortable house to enjoy a vacation in. Highlights (aside from the pool) we’re very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers.

Great home in great location

Home was great. It is clean, plenty of room for everyone (we had 2 adults and 4 kids), close to town and the local attractions. Everything was new and it was just as it appeared in the listing. Would stay there again.

Perfect extended weekend stay for a Pickleball tournament. House was comfortable, well appointed, and host was gracious and attentive. Will look to stay again.

Great Backyard

This property was exactly as advertised. The curb view is good but the back yard was GREAT! The pool and the channels must be seen to be appreciated. I wish I would have brought some fishing gear as there are some big fish waiting to be caught from the private dock. Inside, the house was laid out well and felt very comfortable. Owners were great about communication and very friendly.

Fantastic home in Punta Gorda Isles

This was the nicest home we ever stayed in for a vacation rental. The home was perfect, really well appointed and decorated so nicely. It is on a quiet street and a nice wide canal. Vicki is a great host, very quick with her communication and clearly cares about you and your stay. It is in a great location to nearby shopping and food. Our whole experience could not have been better and we highly recommend this home for you and your family to vacation.

Wonderful getaway!!

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and much more! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed long walks through the gorgeous neighborhood and spent hours relaxing by the pool. Vicki was wonderful to work with and answered all questions quickly. A must stay in Punta Gorda

Vicki, the property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house set up was perfect. It has large common areas and the bedrooms are very private. It felt like the house went on forever! The house is minutes away from a downtown area full of restaurants as well as fisherman’s village. If you’re looking to stay in Punta Gorda… stay here!!

Absolutely AMAZING!

This home is the perfect place to relax and get away. The house has everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing time away from it all. It's beachy, comforting feeling is most welcome. Our communication with the owner was beyond compare. We will FOR SURE be going back for another stay! 5 stars is not enough for this wonderful property.

Perfect/quiet/scenic home in Punta Gorda

The setting was amazing. Approximately 1 mile from Fisherman's Village and all the activity/restaurants/shopping/historic P.G. but at the end of very quiet a cul-de-sac with a large scenic canal out the back full of fish/sting rays/wildlife. Recently remodeled inside with a pool and everyday living supplies (towels/plates/washer-dryer/many large TVs). We absolutely recommend this place for your next trip to Punta Gorda and surrounding area.

My husband and I loved staying at Vicki’s property. Gorgeous home very clean all the amenities just like being at home . We used the pool everyday great view we even saw a Dolphin swim by. We will be back . Very easy to get too CLose to grocery stores .

Beautiful Canal Home!

This home had everything we needed and more! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The home is very bright and comfortable. The kitchen was great and fully stocked with everything we needed for the meals that we cooked in. We loved spending time out by the pool and watching all the boats go by and we even saw dolphins! This home is on a nice quiet street and in close proximity to Fisherman's Village, shopping and restaurants. This was our first experience with VRBO and we really enjoyed it! Vicki was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond and answer all our questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful first-time experience! We would definitely choose your home again!

Comfortable and complete

This house was beautiful. To be honest I stayed home most of the vacation. My kids and grandkids did the touristy stuff. I stayed home, enjoyed the pool, and watched the boats go by in the canal. My favorite thing was getting outside before the sunrise so I could watch the life in the canal. Once the sun rose the birds seemed to wake up and I even had a visitor, a bird, watch the sunrise with me. Okay, he was probably really there for the lizards. There were plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Plenty of towels and bedding (the beds were very comfortable). We had a 60-year-old, two 40's, 7, 11 & 16 year old and we were all able to come together or have some time alone as needed. I highly recommend this home. I miss hearing the mourning doves and even the fish crows.

Wonderful Trip, unfortunate ending.

Beautiful property, nice location. We enjoyed the pool, fishing on the canal, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, the bedrooms we very nice - loved the mattress and pillows! This was a great trip for our family, she even gave us an hour extension on check out since our flight was later in the afternoon. Unfortunately after we left we received a message saying we had left the house a mess and she was considering keeping part of our deposit. We picked up everthing, stripped the beds, started two loads of laundry gathered all the towels, and took out all the trash, we tried to leave the house as we found it. As we left we did decide to use up the last of our food instead of throwing it away so we made sandwiches on paper towels since we already started the dishwasher. We did not wipe down the counter again since we knew the cleaners were right behind and apparently this was not acceptable. I did expain this in response and received a "No worries" response. This really dampened our experience and has become our strongest memory of the vacation.

Excellent property

This is a beautiful house with excellent views of the canal. The house has been updated with a very well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The pool is heated making it comfortable to swim in cooler weather. The only negative (although it didn’t matter to us) is that there are no tv’s in the two spare bedrooms.overall an excellent stay. I would definitely come back.

Great vacation

The home was well maintained and the host was very responsive to questions about the home. She was sincerely interested in providing what we needed for a great vacation. The home was open and airy with great water views. The grandchildren were in the pool for hours and loved it. The house was very well stocked with supplies and household items Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus. We really enjoyed our time at the home and would recommend it to others - the beds were very comfortable! The space was well organized for individual and group activities. We hope to return next year!

Great Way to start a New Year of Hope

Even though the weather was chilly for South Florida, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and sunshine. The house was welcoming, light-filled, and comfortable. We enjoyed the safety of the neighborhood. The canal dock was a draw; large fish came to munch on the barnacles that were attached to the support pilings. The only drawback was the residual clean up in the area parks and beach, which still had hurricane damage and debris, but that had nothing to do with the house. Daniela was quick to respond to our questions. We hope to return!
