Beachfront! We loved having our coffee on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise! The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The AC was nice and cool perfect after a long day playing in the ocean. The kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. We had a great time.

Perfect for people looking for a location within walking distance of the restaurants and, of course, direct oceanfront. The three separate bedrooms allow for more space to spread out when you’re in the unit, and the long balcony is a great place to take in the ocean view. The host was very responsive, contact was super easy, and check-in and check-out were a breeze.The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the mattresses. They were lumpy and squeaky, and the master’s bedroom mattress is well overdue for replacement. A few other upgrades would help too, but new master room mattress would make this a 5-star stay.

Very good stay

We had a very good stay. It was very clean when we arrived and the owner’s communication with us throughout the time from when we booked to the end of our stay was excellent. The location of the building is great as well. There are several good restaurants and other activities within walking distance, and nothing we wanted to do was more than a 15-20 minute drive. So we had a great trip!

The condo was clean faced the ocean and the view was amazing!!! This unit has everything you need and located in a great spot - we will for sure be back

Great Location

Friends vacation was wonderful! All was as described. We enjoyed the amenities and the proximity to the beach. Bit of a mixup with check in, but owners quickly responded. We would definitely stay again.

Colony by The Sea. The condo was excellent. Very clean, fully stocked. Its on the sixth floor direct ocean view with easy beach access. Check in is very easy. The condo is located close to the Myrtle Beach strip, which offres something for everyone. I've been to Myrtle Beach many times this place is one of the best places I've stay at yet. Planning to book it again next visit.

Great condo, great location. The only negative i have is that there's not a dunkin on the property anymore. It was pictured on the website for the condo.

Perfect!

We loved this property! Very convenient parking right outside the condo. The accommodations were beautiful, clean and exactly as described. I will book this property every time I get the chance. Great communication with the owners, very responsive and thorough. We had absolutely no complaints. I 100% recommend!

Spring Break 2025

I gave the property 4 stars on some, only because I had issues contacting the host the first day we were there. Other than that it was a wonderful stay, clean and comfortable. I would DEFINITELY stay again, and would recommend to anyone.

Nice unit. Nice and clean. Parking is a major plus! Good location. Couple of things...the refrigerator is due to be replaced, and some guidance on the TV's would help. Some got different channels than others. Overall, I would give it an "A" and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
