Luxurious 5-Star Hilton HUGE Oceanfront 3 Bed/3 Bath FALL STAYS 50% OFF RESORT!!

Hi Tareena, I'm so pleased that you had a great stay, and also sorry that the furnace on the roof had thermostat issues during your stay. This issue has now been repaired, and hot water is no longer a problem, but I appreciate that it was an inconvenience during your stay. I do hope that you will come again.

So pleased that you enjoyed your stay Penny, I do hope you will come again!

Thanks Billy

So pleased you had a great time Shondell. We look forward to your next trip!

Thank you for your review Barbara, and thank you too for your private feedback assuring us how much you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry that the master shower faucet broke during your stay. As you know our repair guy came out within a couple of hours of you reporting it, but the broken part was in the wall behind the handle and had to be ordered from the plumbing supply store. It did not arrive until the day that you checked out, as your stay was a short one. We did our best to deal with it as fast as possible, but sometimes these things are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciated your easy-going response that you could use one of the other bathroom showers. I'm sorry that you found traces of mold at the base of the shower doors under the silicone flap which stops water spraying on the bathroom floor. We have asked our housekeeper to start removing these flaps to clean underneath them at each turnover, as we had not been aware that water would collect there. This does take quite some extra time, as they are fiddly to reattach after cleaning, and when guests arrive several hours early in the resort and are anxious to check in, as indeed you were, our cleaning lady ends up rushing (and sometimes missing small items) in her effort to let guests in early. Going forward, we may need to re-think our early check in efforts, so that our head housekeeper can do her usual 'go through' of the condo in the last hour before check in to ensure nothing has been missed. Obviously when guests want to check in early, they are already in before the second housekeeper arrives to check over the main cleaner's work, so this safety net check is lost. We are always anxious to ensure that every guest stay is a great experience, so we will definitely take your criticisms on-board to ensure that we do better in future!
