The photos shared — including a small scratch on the toilet lid, some surface rust on the faucet, and small cracks in the corner of the bathroom window — highlight a few minor cosmetic items that have been noted and are being addressed as part of routine maintenance. For additional reassurance, the property is professionally inspected and professionally monitored for mold at the start of every quarter (March 1, June 1, September 1 and in December1 ) due to the island’s high humidity - which we diligently monitor. Some of the additional suggestions mentioned (such as preferences for different kitchen items, glassware made of glass, a hair dryer, or chair cushions) relate to personal preferences or upgrades beyond what is currently shown and described in the listing.
