We had a fabulous stay. We enjoyed how comfortable the house was and the beautiful view of the ocean. We had a minor issue with a leaking dishwasher which was attended to quickly. We look forward to returning and staying in this wonderful home again.

We spent three weeks on a working vacation in this lovely home, enjoying its high-quality interior design and views of the dramatic coastal bluffs that make Sea Ranch so special. Just 15 feet from the back door, we could step onto the Bluff Trail.We loved watching the early morning fog cloak the distant coastline and beaches, then gradually lift as the sun rose. The sunsets were fabulous, too. We could enjoy it all through the huge south- and east-facing windows or simply walk out the back door. Pelicans, harbor seals, deer, quail, and myriad other birds abound. Nature is abundant, stunning, awesome.The location is convenient for grocery shopping in Gualala, and visiting local attractions, trails beyond Sea Ranch, and restaurants that are within an hour or less drive.If you plan to explore Sea Ranch’s many trails, stop by the Sea Ranch Association Center on Annapolis Road for a map.A few practical notes for future guests: There are no ceiling fans, and the house can get quite warm on sunny days. A floor fan was provided, which we used to draw in cooler air and circulate it through the large living space. We were fortunate to have mostly sunny weather during our stay, so we lowered the blinds in the afternoon and opened the smaller windows beneath the large viewing windows. The kitchen had only one container for leftovers, so we bought a few additional storage containers.Would we return for another working vacation? Absolutely.

Great location and view. Fireplace and heated floors not working was disappointing especially for the price point - and doesn’t seem like it’s a new issue.

Ideal location with the Bluff trail steps from the home, stunning views that made our trip even more special. We really liked the open floorplan & views from nearly every room.

Beautiful home in amazing location

We had a great stay - it was easy to get in and the property had everything we needed for the weekend. It’s a beautiful house in a great location on the coast. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful Ocean Front Location

Incredible location with stunning views. Easy access to bluff trail, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable living room furnishings. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and look forward to returning!

Great house and location...

Very nice house with spacious common area and exceptional views. Well appointed with towels (bathroom and hot tub) and very clean. Overall a really nice location.

An amazing place!

This was our fourth rental at Sea Ranch and our first right on the coast. The stormy waves were LOUD, but we really enjoyed this different and up-close vantage on the sea. The house is spacious and spectacular, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We hope to come back!

We’ve had numerous vacations at Sea Ranch staying at a variety of places. This location and accommodation did not disappoint!! We found everything clean and in good working order. Thanks for opening your house for others to enjoy!

This is a wonderful property to stay at. Besides the amazing views the home is very comfortable and spacious. As soon as I walked in the door I immediately decompressed and felt at home. I highly recommend this property.

Great girls weekend!

We loved our stay at this property. The views were incredible and house was very comfortable. Stocked kitchen and furniture/beds very comfy. Only complaint was dishwasher was not working and linens could have been higher quality.

Pelicans Landing

Had a great couple of nights at pelicans Landing. The views were spectacular. Just steps from the 3 mile Bluff Trail. Will definitely rent again when in the area.
