This was our second stay at Kirks home. We had a terrific time. The house is in a great location easily walkable to the regional park and beach. Clean and comfortable - and a great hot tub to relax in after a busy day. Perfect for 2 couples or a family.

We have stayed at many homes over the years at The Sea Ranch. This one was well situated, had beautiful views, was well laid out, and had everything we needed including comfortable decks and a hot tub.

We had a lovely stay in Sea Ranch, and the house was very comfortable and well situated. The open floor plan makes for a nice, central space and the bedrooms tucked at the back of the house provides good privacy. Kirk was very responsive and helpful - I would absolutely stay again!

The house was very clean as was the hot tub. The water temp in the hot tub was perfect. The master bath shower has better flow than our own shower at home! The host was easy to communicate with. Check in and out was a breeze.This is the third time we’ve stayed there and will be happy to stay again.

We loved our stay at Kirk’s home in Sea Ranch! This is our second time booking this home… it’s a beautiful and relaxing home. It’s clean and very comfortable!

Hard to beat this location! We had a great, relaxing weekend staying up in Sea Ranch. Host was on top of communication, and the place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We loved this place. So comfortable, so beautiful, so fascinating!! We stayed five nights and enjoyed every moment. There is an overall quirky decor, with amazing art and history and nature displays everywhere. There were old books, masks from lots of places, dog toys, really fun plates & cups, beautiful plants, amazingly comfortable beds, chairs, couches. It was an easy walk to the beach, with lots of secured outdoor spaces. Highly recommend for a family with dogs!!

House was cozy, clean and had all the amenities! Host was extremely attentive & checked in on us upon report of a major storm. They were extremely kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at in Sea Ranch. The view of the ocean is special and the hot tub is spectacular after a full day of hiking the bluffs. Kirk always answered our calls in a timely manner. I say “book it”.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kirk's place. Quiet, good views, super clean and comfortable. It was easy to settle in and unwind so we could get a breather from the stresses of daily life. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to put together a masterpiece. Being dog friendly, we were able to get some good long walks right out the front door. We will be looking for a return visit in the future. It's nice when you can find a place that you want to come back to (or not leave)... And this is one of them.
