Get away from everyday stress and enjoy the perfect beach and golf house - a cozy home neatly hidden on a private street in the center of Bayside Resort's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. Just steps from walking/biking path,the 8th &15th greens and The Three Penny Grill at the golf courses' turning point. Minutes from Fenwick State Park/Beach, Ocean City, Bethany and Rehoboth.

This house is ideal for a small family, or group of friends, to spend a relaxing week/weekend away from the everyday stress causing hustle and bustle. This small but spacious house offers elegance and style; much like going to a good friend’s house - you feel comfortable and at home from the first moment you walk in.

The open living room, kitchen and eating area ensure that you and your family/friends are able to enjoy each others company while relaxing and enjoying everyday life. The kitchen opens to a large screened in porch that offers views of the protected wooded area that surrounds the community. Birds, wild turkey and deer often visit and can be seen at different times throughout the day.

There are 3 bedrooms: 1 master with a private bath and 2 smaller that share a bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is decorated in soothing green, purple and ‘natural’ neutral, the middle bedroom has a full size bed and is decorated in vibrant yellow and other tropical colors, and the third, smallest, bedroom offers a single/full bunk-bed and is decorated in blue, yellow and white.

Quiet and peaceful! The wildlife (deer, wild turkeys, foxes) was wonderful. House was just right for my mother and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks! I only wish it was available next year we would book again. Host was exemplary in communication. Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect size for our family and appreciate being able to bring our dog. My only complaint is that the rental was not super up to par with cleanliness. Upon arrival, I had to sweep the floors as there was a of remnant dirt, hair and sand on the hard floor, especially around the carpets. Surfaces also had a lot of crumbs/dust. Overall though a nice rental with nightly visits from deer and turkey in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely, cozy home on a cul de sac in a great, quiet, neighborhood. The screened in back porch is amazing for morning coffee or late night talking. Decor is warm and welcoming and rooms have comfortable beds. Super close to grocery and gas and a short drive to Ocean City. Great place to stay!

Perfect location

The location is great and close to everything. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect. There is tons of wildlife just roaming the area. The enclosed back porch is great to just sit and have dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable stay

The property is in good condition and located on a private street. A nice screen porch to see deer and wild turkeys. Centrally located to good restaurants and shopping. Walks in the Bayside community was a real pleasure. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Vacation 2024

We had a great vacation! Second time at this comfy house. We enjoyed the daily visits from deer, foxes and turkey. The location is quiet but quick trip to all our destinations.

Wonderful stay at beach house in Selbyville!

Perfect beach house. Very clean and had all the imentities you could ask for. Perfectly located and very cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone. Will come back next summer!

Yearly family vacay

This is our second time visiting this property and we really enjoy it. The location is quiet and woodsy, which is perfect for our family. Its out of the hustle and bustle of everything, yet close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. John is quick to respond & the house is always clean and ready for us when we arrive. We hope to come back every year.

Another great stay

This was the third time my family has stayed at this property. While it is a bit far from the beaches, we love the quiet, secluded location and the deer, wild turkeys, turtles, and other wildlife that make regular appearances. The house is well furnished with everything we needed and the screened deck with grill is an especially nice feature. Very comfortable for five of us!

John's beach house

This is a cozy 3 br ranch that is at a very private cul de sac but in the Bayside community, with great walking/biking, access to the bay, and a 15 minute drive to Fenwick Island SP. This was my 2nd visit and I plan to be going here again.

Perfect cozy cottage Vacation

This Home had everything needed for a great vacation. We used the back porch every night for dinner and board games. There were beach chairs and other items for a relaxing trip to the beach. We will definitely be back

Great Bayside Location, Comfortable house

Loved the location. Near grocery, Restaurants in Bayside. A short drive to the beach & more restaurants & shopping. House was comfortable for our 5. Screened porch was very pleasant for cool evenings. Grilled !

Beach vaca 2024

The house was immaculate and all the amenities were more than enough. The kids loved watching the deer in the front yard! We made a whole lot of memories on this vacation and our stay made it even more enjoyable. This was the second time we have stayed at this house and it gets better each time!
