Clean, beautiful summer home. Peaceful and quiet location. Easy access to shops, dining, the beach, water sports and easy access to the Ocean City boardwalk. It truly is a vacation home that you will cherish for a long time.

The house is lovely. We loved sitting on the deck looking at the canal. Location was great. We walked to dinner several nights. The host is great with communication. Will definitely book again!

The house is very conveniently located in a quiet upscale neighborhood but can walk across the street to Catch 54 and Papa Grandes restaurant or walk/bike across the route 54 bridge to Harpoon Hannah’s. The waterfront canal is wonderful and relaxing. Kids loved fishing and crabbing and the house comes with 2 kayaks to explore. The house has many creature comforts: plenty of condiments in the fridge, spices/seasonings, cooking oil/ sprays, utensils, cook ware, paper towels, TP, soaps, cleaning products, trash bags, games….everything you have at home and need is already here - this was a huge stress relief and convenience!

perfect, quiet, relaxing but close to activities

very nice place, location was perfect. Fenwick island was new to us but I will definitely go back. I would definitely recommend this place and owner.

Family Vacation

This is a great place for a family get-away. We took our 18 month old, and two dogs. Right on the water, and well kept.

Everything we needed

Great place right on the water. Great location, a short drive to the beach. Had everything we needed and plenty of supplies included. Overall a perfect vacation for our family!

Beautiful home, excellent location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house comes stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect for us as it is only about 2 miles from the drive on beaches. We were able to bring our two dogs along on our trip which means a lot to us. The home is located on a quiet street, which is perfect for morning and evening walks. Thanks again to John for sharing his home with us, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful home in a fantastic location!

We loved that we were on a canal and could sit on the deck and gaze at the water. I'm afraid of jellyfish, so I declined to take the kayak out, but most people wouldn't be so wimpy! Fantastic vacation!

Long weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend at this welcoming home. House is as described with beautiful views of the canal. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are close by. Owner was great to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would definitely stay again.
