Really Charming & Cozy Residence for Two+
New to VRBO, but holding 5* ratings on Air*b*&b*. This residence offers private & secure lodging for your trip to Katy/west Houston. With a NEW QUEEN Bed !plus! - a pullout twin sofa bed !plus! - should you have an infant or toddler, there is also a port-a-crib. The living area sectional is very comfortable for watching movies, or resting as well. A highchair can be provided. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped for your daily needs. Guests can enjoy TV time (free Netflix or cast your apps) with free WiFi. Enjoy the designated desk space for work with shelving for file space nearby. There is a closet with a dresser, rod and hangers for your clothing. An iron and board are included. A full length mirror provided! There is one driveway space for your vehicle right by the entrance door. Hassle free check in and out!
Outside there is a covered shared patio and a BBQ griddle that can be used with notice. The play equipment in the backyard is in excellent condition and available for children who need to 'play off' a little energy. And the yard is fully fenced, if you have a medium to small pet. There are no other pets on the premises. We have a 5 star rating on the other app we list on: Air*b*&b*. Everything is very clean and in very good condition! Give us a try, we've had amazing reviews! Lots of 3-4 night weekends available or very comfortable for longer stays! We look forward to hosting you in Katy/west Houston soon!

The home owners who are hosting this guest residence are hard working folks who just stay busy raising their family. They love to meet new people, but will give you the space and all the privacy you might also desire. They can share info all about the area, including where to go to have fun! In addition to the pack-n-play crib, and the twin pull-out bed, if needed we can provide a highchair, and child toys upon request. There is a covered patio with a swing and climbing gym for the kiddos to enjoy in the backyard.

This is a regular middle class neighborhood, located near shopping and some great places to eat. The freeway is minutes away, but you cannot hear any freeway traffic sounds at all. Favorites of host are 1000 Degree Pizza, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steak House, Spring Creek Bar-B-Q, Mambo's, Chipotle's, Whiskey Cakes, Five Guys Burgers, El Tiempo Cantina, Willie's Grill & Icehouse and Cracker Barrel. The best grocery nearby is HEB. Biggest near by stores are Target or even Walmart if you prefer.

This property is nice because it's a large corner lot, situated to easily include this guest residence that is very comfortable for a single or couple, and is also kid friendly. The area has multiple parks within 1-2 minutes, of which the closest is even on the same street, entry via the cul-de-sac. Beyond the play area is another more adult like walking/sitting park designed for your quiet time while in nature. Being right on the edge of Katy, all the Katy vibes are are just moments away! There are a lot of great restaurants, and varied kinds of shopping. Cinemark and Katy Mills Mall are just 2 exits down the freeway. There is an entertainment complex also at I-10 and Grand Parkway as well, featuring great places to socialize and take in all the games. Enjoy awesome Putt-Putt, Homerun Dugout, Andretti Race Cars, or even a family friendly brewery called "No Label" to take in some great local music and let the kids play.
