The house was perfect for quiet family weekend together. It was centrally located to many different attractions/ areas of interest. If we didn’t want to go out, we took advantage of the patio, fire pit, hot tub, and game room. The house was spotless and checkin and check out were a breeze. We will be back to enjoy another weekend in the Art Coast area!

Everything was clean and communicating with the property owner was simple and easy. The house was great for a couples weekend and the property was very quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful secluded property where you’ll definitely feel like you are out in the wilderness. The hosts were very detail oriented and even checked in to make sure things were going ok. If you have a pet that struggles on hardwood floors, consider bringing some extra throw rugs which is what we did!

Beautiful property. Quiet setting, saw lots of wildlife in the yard. House was very clean. Easy check in and out. Managment company very responsive.

Great stay from beginning to end. House was amazing and the service from mill pond realty was incredible. Had two small issues during the stay that were completely out of their control and they were handled within a few hours. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful, secluded & cozy!

House was quaint but full of amenities. Kids really enjoyed the garage/game room! Hot tub was a wonderful perk. We hung out here about as much as we explored Saugatuck!

Stayed at “This Is It” for a quick 3 day weekend for my son’s swim meet in Holland. Couldn’t arrive until late in the evening and the management company made the check in process nice and easy. The property itself is fantastic. Plenty of room for the family to sprawl out and you can tell it’s very well taken care of. Everything was clean and property looked exactly like the pictures. Management company was very easy to work with and they were very responsive with any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a property close to everything but with privacy…..”This Is It”

Easy Check-in. House was Clean & spacious. Property is beautiful, loved watching the deers, & other animals. Game room was a huge hit for the kids & us! We spent a lot of time in there. Wish it had a AC but it did have a heater for winter. Water temps for baths, and showers was set too low in my opinion. Couldn’t fill the spa tub all the up, water got cold before I could turn jets on. Couldn’t use hot tub either cause there was an active wasp nest in the gazebo but Millpond said they would deal with it for the next guest. (Hot tub looked clean though) Overall, I wouldstay again.
