Summary:

Welcome to Gathering Place at the Foothills! This little gem occupies a spot in one of Branson’s charming neighborhoods.



The Ferris Wheel, Broadwalk Aquarium and Wonderworks are all nearby. Enjoy a game or 2 at Thousand Hill Golf, and tuck into delicious local flavors at at dozens of locally owned restaurants.



The Space:

Head indoors for cozy get-togethers with loved ones. An airy open deck awaits you with swaying trees and delightful views. A 4-seater table is provided for al-fresco meals.



The inviting, elegant living area boasts a gratifying synergy of contemporary design and modern comfort. Lush sky-blue walls, dewy white furniture and rustic wooden fixtures keep the space refreshing throughout the day.



A comfy seating area flanks the smart TV. Large glass sliding allows abundant sunlight.



The adjoining kitchen, fitted with sleek countertops and modern cabinetry, is stocked with stainless-steel appliances such as a stove, coffee machine, cookware, oven and a refrigerator. The extended counter with barstools accommodates 3, and is perfect for sundown cocktails. The indoor dining area for 6 is made for hearty family meals.



The home comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- To access the unit, you’ll need to go up 16 steps using the stairs on the left.

- (2) Unassigned parking spaces are available.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. 


- 2 bathrooms have shower/tub combos; 1 of them comes with a jetted tub.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.





With a range of attractions nearby, Gathering Place at the Foothills could not be better located. From groovy country music to heart-pounding theme parks, the list is endless.



Witness the splendors of Ozarks Mountains, explore Branson Landing, and picnic at Table Rock Lake. Top of the Rock and Silver Dollar City remain the city’s biggest draws, just like the ever-popular Titanic Museum and Dolly Parton’s Stampede.

We have been to Branson every year for the past 12 years, and this was the best place (and for the best price) for our family of 6. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a sofa sleeper...and a community pool and hot tub! And the best part, it's off the yellow route right off the Branson strip, close to all the fun!!

The unit was just as pictured, it was large with a great kitchen, two wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms. It was decorated so nice, felt very homey and comfortable. There was ample parking in front of the upstairs unit. The host was very responsive to local questions. The location was great, easy to navigate around Branson from here. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Branson!!

We absolutely loved this place. For being a condo it was very spacious for our family of 5. Loved that we had a washer and dry and a pool. Loved the patio. It was located close to everything we did. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great experience with this rental property. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything we needed. We absolutely loved this condo. We stayed for 5 nights in April and I always looked forward to coming back after a long day in Branson! The condo was decorated well, clean, and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The location was awesome and close to everything we did. We also loved the outdoor deck. We spent almost every morning and evening out there. We will definitely reserve this place if we ever come again!

Perfect location. Close to the strip and Tanger Outlet. Host was wonderful to work with. They even checked on us the second day to see if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again.

This clean and comfortable rental was a perfect home-away-from-home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, the balcony perfect with good weather, roomy living area with ample seating, dining area with both table and lunch bar, and location quiet and relaxing but close to Branson activity and only a mile or so from Wal-Mart for supplies. The cost of the rental was actually lower than others of the same description. Had it been warmer weather, we could also have used the swimming pool and the clubhouse. Limited games, books, and DVD’s were located in drawers for evening activity; the check-out process was easy, and the host, through texting, was prompt in answering any questions and helpful without being invasive. This is the one you want!

Quiet and Clean

Property was very quiet and clean. Not once did we ever hear any of the neighbors or road traffic. Great location near the main strip. We enjoyed our stay!
