New vinyl planks floor, Ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms and living room, walk-in shower in master bath. Appliances & toilets new in 2022. Condo is below parking lot level with 3 steps up and 17 steps down. But you can walk around on the grass and not have to take the steps down. Located near Hwy 76 strip.

Wonderful visit

We had good communication with the owners and no trouble finding the condo. It's located very conveniently to shopping and event locations. Super clean with all amenities. Great stay!

Very happy with the condo - GREAT communication! Close to everything but quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfasts! Nice to have 2 king beds for both couples!

Awesome condo.

The condo was absolutely the best ever. Clean and though it looked elegant, it felt so like being at home away from home. On a scale of 1 to 10, it was higher than a 10. Very satisfied.

Fall Getaway

When I walked in the condo, I just smiled. I knew instantly the property owners truly care about their place. The beds are very comfortable. The condo is spacious and has alot more than what other vrbo's have to make the saty comfortable.

Ideal location, just minutes away from the strip but quiet! Clean, spacious, & beautifully decorated. It does have stairs which the picture doesn't show.

Quick Branson weekend

Property just as described. Wonderful place with basically two master bedrooms. Perfect for us and other couple traveling with us. Condo has everything needed and is very close to all shows. We had a wonderful time.

Shopping trip

Very Enjoyable

We were surprised it was on the garden level but it did not feel like we were in a basement at all. Nice walkout patio and big windows. Easy access to main routes. Had a great time. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful experience

We have stayed many times at Thousand Hills, but this was our first time at this particular condo. It is decorated beautifully with quality furniture, and we absolutely loved the updated shower. The kitchen was well stocked, and the towels and linens were lovely. Communication with the owners was top notch. This development is so centrally located and easy to get to everything in town. We loved our stay here.

Branson Canasta Retreat

This was an excellent place to stay for two married couples to take in Branson sites and regroup in the evenings for playing cards! The condo was so well stocked with all kinds of creature comforts. The round table and padded chairs were perfect for games. You could cook in the well stocked kitchen. It was so quiet in the condo. We didn’t hear any neighbors. And it is so centrally located we were never very far from places we wanted to go. Terry was great with communication. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Great time in Branson

Our family came down to take in some great Entertainment and that we did. Stayed at this beautiful condo by the golf course. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Located just south of the strip. Very accommodating host. Will definitely plan on staying here next time down.

Great Place

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

The location was super convenient for taking in all the activities along Hwy 76. We appreciated how stocked the kitchen was, and how comfortable the beds were. The house was very clean and comfortable. The communication with property managers was courteous and timely. We plan to visit Branson again and will be looking into booking this property as it exceeded our expectations.

A great little getaway

The host was very attentive to my questions while we were there. The beds were very comfy. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We are the Sanders, Gary. We are both retired and decided to buy a condo in Branson after visiting there. We have renovated it and love how it came out. We have 3 sons and they married to 3 precious girls. We feel Blessed. We have 8 grandchildren, 3 girls and 5 boys. God has been good to us. We love visiting Branson because the people there are so nice. Plus, there is so much to do in Branson.

The reason we picked the foothills was because of the amenities. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, weight room and a sauna. The condo has two large bedrooms with their own bathroom. I love the open concept and the space. Kitchen is large with a nice size bar. And if you love being outside it has a wonderful front porch or patio.
