College Stations Newest Rural Getaway * Game Day House

This new B&B home is a 2,100 square feet with 3 bedrooms that can be rented by the entire house or per bedroom suite. This A-Frame farmhouse has just been completely renovated, including new furniture and linens, located in rural south College Station. You will experience all of the amenities found in an upscale hotel in this intimate setting. The home is located a mile from the new Tower Point shopping center and a few miles from Texas A&M University. Each of the three bedrooms has a different theme with king or queen beds. The great room opens into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two large leather sleeper sofa's and recliners make a nice atmosphere to sit and talk, watch TV on the large flat screen, or enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the end of a day grilling on the outdoor kitchen or sitting around the fire pit while taking in the country side and wildlife. Washer and dryer available onsite. Breakfast will not be served if the house is rented as a whole.

Great Place to Stay!

The property is really amazing! Very clean, close to HEB and restaurants. We had to evacuate from Houston after the storm and this place was perfect! Thank you so much for providing such a comfortable space during a very stressful event in our lives!

Wonderful VRBO in College Station!

The entire property was well-maintained, clean, and very nice. Fluffy towels, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, and a great patio area are just some of the amenities in this VRBO. We enjoyed staying for my son's college graduation and would stay there again.

Immaculate, Tranquil Family Setting - Not to Miss!

From pre-arrival communication, first impression of meticulously clean and welcoming space to ease of check out - this College Station home is a 5 Star Experience. We had 25-83 year old family members who thoroughly enjoyed the interiors and welcoming patio. Love how the bedrooms are well appointed but not cluttered, bathrooms are first class and kitchen is a cook's well-stocked haven. Great homeowners and easy communication for any questions.

Big Country house close to everything. Decorated very nice, Rustic Farmhouse Modern. Beautiful house filled with everything you need and lots of space to spread out. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay for a large family

This was the perfect place for our large family to stay together for our daughters Ring Day celebration. There was plenty of room for 10 of us to sleep, eat, and hang out. The location was perfect Wish we would have found this place earlier.

Great family get together

We stayed for our daughter's graduation at Texas A&M. The house gave us a great country feel, but yet we had shopping and restaurants very close by. We saw deer every day we were there. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great every night. What great memories we have of our weekend in College Station!

Great long weekend home!

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious for large gatherings and accommodating! Close to restaurants, stores, coffee and the wedding venue 7F. Only negative is that, there is no place to walk without having to drive. Would stay again!

Great House for Aggie Families

This was a great, clean, spacious home with a great back patio. It was close to A&M but felt like it was out in the country. We used it to celebrate our Aggie's graduation. The owner was great in every way. Highly recommend.

Great for Families

We were very pleased with this home -- it fit our friends and family perfectly, and there was nothing that we needed that this home did not have. We had kids and tweens with us, and they loved being able to run and play in the wonderful yard while the adults watched them and relaxed on the comfortable patio. We will definitely stay here again the on our next trip to College Station!
