PERFECT PLACE TO STAY FOR ANY ALABAMA VISIT!

This condo is ALABAMA, right down to the hounds tooth chairs. Close to Bryant Denny Stadium and the University of Alabama. You can walk to the stadium (5 blocks), to the Quad (8 blocks) or the Strip (3 blocks).
This 2 bedroom suite condo sleeps 4 and each bedroom has a private bath in the suite.
It has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops. A washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience.
A private deck is also available.
Of course a large Smart TV is available as well as a smaller Smart TVs in the bedrooms. WIFI is also provided.
Covered parking and security entrances provide an extra benefit.

Great location and property. It had everything we needed and was an easy walk to downtown, the campus or stadium. Communication with Rick was great and he was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here on future visits.

The condo is great! The decor is very fun and full of the Roll Tide spirit! It is walking distance to stadium, shops and campus. The host, Rick, is wonderful. He met us at the unit and walked us through the property and explained access, etc. He is also very responsive.

The condo was the perfect combination of comfort and location. Rick was great as he showed the layout and amenities of the property. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Alabama memorabilia throughout the rooms is a nice touch for any Crimson Tide Fan. The location is close to many local food and drink establishments. We enjoyed our weekend, would definitely recommend and certainly hope to stay again in the near future. Roll Tide!

Everything was great! Spacious, clean, easy process! My only recommendation is to add grips to the bathtubs, they were both slippery

Great Stay

Rick is very friendly and made the check in process easy. Condo has everything you could need and is within walking distance to the stadium as well as several shops & restaurants.

Great condo!

Third stay here at Rick's condo. I'm starting to sound like a broken record....This place is great. It has everything you need. Location is great. Don't tell anybody about it b/c I want to be able to stay here again and not compete with y'all.

Great place to stay while visiting campus

Great location with dedicated off-street covered parking. Easy walk to stadium, strip and campus. Perfect for a weekend visit and allows for dining as a family, running a load of laundry and relaxing. Way better than a hotel!

Great weekend!

We had a great stay at this condo!! Great location and was just as described!! Thank you Rick for meeting us to go over the condo and codes to make it easy!! Plus, no crazy checklist of stuff at checkout!! We will look to stay here again for future trips!!

Another great stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is convenient to everything and very quiet, despite being surrounded by student housing. Rick is great to work with we will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Absolutely Amazing!

I can't say enough about this place! The owner, Rick, was super nice and very responsive. This condo was the perfect combination of location, size, parking, price, cleanliness, and Bama memorabilia! We will try to book this place every time we visit Bama!
