Beautiful and peaceful spot. Sam was a very courteous host - lots of guidance and communicaton as needed. We were there during the July 4th weekend heat wave, but the AC worked great. Loved the local hiking and biking trails.

Stunning, secluded place nestled in the mountains. Perfect place for a quiet and restful retreat. The cabin is comfortable with ample space on three levels of living with outdoor decks to enjoy the mountain and forest views.

This is The Best property we have ever rented on VRBO! It truly is a Middle Of Nowhere paradise...that's only 20 minutes from one of the best coffee shops on the planet, Fairfax Coffee House. We will be renting this one again!!

Perfect getaway weekend. The cabin was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The views were amazing from the deck. Everything we needed was supplied. Would definitely stay here again.

So nice!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was clean and well kept and beautifully furnished. Wifi service was great as was tv. We couldn't have asked for better. It was quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay again. Thank you!!

It is very remote..so make sure you bring whatever you need with you. Kitchen has the basic stuff.

The cabin had a great mountain view and was nicely secluded. It was described well in the listing and met all of our expectations. The info provided for check in/out was clear. The Wi-Fi worked well for us, and we also had phone service (T-Mobile). We ate all but one meal in the cabin, and it had everything needed for meal preps. The last part of the drive to the cabin is on dirt roads, but easily managed in our Kia Optima. We would choose this cabin again.

Relaxing

Fall Getaway

The view from the living room and bedroom was beautiful. The setting was secluded and overall very peaceful. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the well-equipped kitchen.

Family time

Outstanding place to stay. Family memorial in the area. Made a great base camp. Elderly members in our group appreciated the first floor and the view. Thanks for letting us share your little slice of West Virginia heaven.
