This place is a dream come true with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and 1220 sq. ft. of pure luxury. Just a short walk away from the beach, you'll have stunning views of the Gulf from the lanai and bedroom. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-sized bed while the guest room has two twin beds that can be connected to form another king. There is even a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The open kitchen is perfect for entertaining and comes equipped with full-sized appliances. Plus, you'll have access to 3 TVs and free WIFI to keep you entertained. And don't worry about beach gear - we've got you covered with beach towels and chairs.
Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, BBQ with friends, or get your sweat on in the gym. And for some friendly competition, challenge your buddies to a game of shuffleboard on the court available for guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bathrooms were both upgraded with higher end finishes; base of toilet in guest room was dirty, but overall the unit was clean. Highly suggest spending a little to upgrade the artwork, rugs and accessories so they complement the upgraded furniture.Proximity to Siesta Key Beach can't be beat! Condo is directly across from public parking, which was a bit loud after dark due to Spring Break, but didn't last long. Property overall was very well kept; clean, well-maintained and a nice, relaxing vibe. Would recommend to friends!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok would not give it 5 stars. I wish we had clean towels daily for beach and pool, instead had to wash and dry them every other day since you only get the cleans one at the beginning of your stay. Disappointed in beach chairs all rusted had to spend money and buy our own. No cards or board games for families for rainy days. Only positive is condo was across the street from the beach

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed our location directly across from beautiful Siesta Key Beach. As a condominium vacation rental rather than a hotel, each condo is provided with a set of clean bath and beach/pool towels at the beginning of the stay. For guests wishing for towel service, daily housekeeping, and these types of service, we always recommend booking at a hotel off Siesta Key. We also regret that you did not stop into the office once, so we could have addressed these issues. Usually, when guests have a concern, we always appreciate them stopping into the office, so we can address their needs right away. We always make a point to let everyone know, if something is not right, please stop in at check in, as we did with you. Sadly, you never stopped into the office. We have additional beach chairs, and always lend out board games to guests on rainy days, if the condo does not have any.
