Wonderful resort and condo! Friendly office staff, and communication with Rebecca was great. She even left a birthday cake for my daughter! So sweet! We had everything we needed and you can’t beat Siesta Key beach! Highly recommend!

Great place and great host! Location was prefect! I stayed with my two younger kids during spring break and they enjoyed the beach, pool and accessible fishing! Highly recommend

The propery was as advertised. Plenty of room for four or six. Easy access to the beach with property provided beach loungers. Great location with parking and access to the Siesta Key free shuttles. The host was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful with my few questions I had. Worth the time and money for a vacation in a great location.

Well appointed condo with convenient access to one of the most beautiful private beaches in Siesta Key! Easy access to trolley and other conveniences. Host was very nice and responsive.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a great stay from beginning to end. The home was spacious, clean and had everything we could need for our stay. We love the closeness to beach and spent our later afternoons by the pool/hot tub watching the boats go by. Family friendly, felt safe and 100% would come back.

We had an amazing stay! Rebecca was so responsive and went above and beyond when I asked if there were fishing poles for my boys could use during our stay and she had two new ones waiting for us. The location is perfect. We loved the bay side pool and obviously the beach. My one son loved playing pickle ball every morning too. All four of my kids are asking when we can come back.

Unit #159 was AWESOME! We came down for my nephews wedding and I am so glad I booked this condo! It is located in the perfect spot, close to everything! Whether you want to walk or take a short ride its the perfect spot! Private beach, gated resort, centrally located on Siesta Key and like I said just all around perfect spot! Our host Rebecca was AWESOME! She communicated everything you need to know before and during our stay! The condo was great and very clean! Any questions I had was responded to very quickly. If you are looking for an amazing place to stay on Siesta Key, this is it!!! I will definitely be back!!!

The room was very spacious and clean. The host was very quick to respond to messages. Check-in was easy. Very short, beautiful walk to the beach. Did not use the pool but it looked nice. Did use the fitness center and surprisingly well equipped. Definitely would come back.

Overall the condo is a great place. The only two negatives are the noises the queen beds make simply by just sitting down or rolling over in middle of the night and the people walking around in the unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants trying to get their steps in on a daily/nightly basis.

I’m sorry to hear this, and wish I would have known. I did reach out to the main office today. They are addressing the noise with the owners upstairs. But please feel free to contact security and the main office anytime there is a noise complaint. They are there to help. I am also sorry about the beds. We ordered new ones. Thank you for letting us know. We hope you’ll consider staying again, and thank you for your visit!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, spacious and only a three minute walk to the beach. The entire property was great. We enjoyed both pools and the pickleball court. We hope to return in the future.
