Welcome to the beautifully renovated 1803 Jabez Smith House, built for Captain James Silver. This historic spot in the heart of downtown Salem makes this the perfect place for your first or next spooky getaway. With a full kitchen, living room with a smart TV, queen bed, and remote workspace this space has everything you'll need.

Find your convenient parking on our quiet side street then head up to this second floor unit. You'll be greeted by ample natural lighting and exposed brick for some authentic cozy character. You will find bar seating for 2 at the kitchen, a convenient spot for eating in. The colorful kitchen houses all the essentials that you will need including your choice of Keurig or french press for your morning coffee!

The spacious bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and plenty of space to unpack in the closet. You'll also find a nook in here with a desk set up perfect for remote workspace!

The fully renovated bathroom is another colorful space with a shower and tub combo. We've got you covered with all the essentials down to shower products, linens, and hair dryer!

Great location that is an easy walk from all the downtown attractions. Easy to check in and out, plenty of communication with the host during my stay just to check that all was okay. Lots of light and space and very comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful! Comfortable walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Salem, but just far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Perfect amount of space for two people, and the furniture was all very comfortable for relaxing. Super clean, light, and bright, thoughtfully layed out and appointed, would absolutely stay again in a future trip.

absolutely amazing. was in walking distance to everything! Place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I never wanted to leave! Anytime I come back to salem, I'm definitely staying here. perfect all around

We are definitely going to be coming back here. The place was amazing. The city was amazing. The entire experience was amazing. Have I mentioned it was amazing? This was one of the most Pleasant stays I've ever had on a vacation. Eager to do it again.

Salem retreat

Such a lovely stay! First time visiting Salem and this was such a perfect spot. Walking distance to everything (literally everything) but quiet enough to wind down after the day. The space was super cute, clean, and cozy! I’m a lover of good MCM interiors and this place was just it. Super communicative and kind, 10/10 recommend for your Salem stay!

Lovely home

Attractive home well appointed. Great communication and quick response from landlord rep. High winds a problem with doors in a bitter cold Feb. looking forward to staying again!

Very quiet part of town thats not far from any of the attractions. We were able to walk everywhere we went. Clean room and restroom.
