This is a large studio suite room with a living area with a sofa enough for a child to sleep and a semi-closed type bedroom with a king-size bed. The kitchen is furnished with all items like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker toaster, kettle, etc. A balcony is available in a bedroom area with views of the Marina. The bathroom is very spacious.
Residents of Marina Gate enjoy a wide variety of recreational and fitness amenities including picturesque swimming pools, state-of-the-art gymnasiums, children’s pools and play areas, a squash court, a well-equipped outdoor gym, and a multi-purpose outdoor court. The changing rooms and locker facilities rival those of a 5-star hotel.

1. All staying guests need to provide passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before check in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document to be signed by guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 1500 AED to be paid before check-in. This may be paid in cash or by credit card authorization. Conduct that is not accordance with house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behaviors
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbour when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guest should take of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
15. Any emergency works that come in place from building management and municipality which is in another unit is beyond our control
16. Non refund of unstayed nights in any case.
