This spacious 2 bedrooms + Loft, 2 baths extra bright Kauai Princeville Townhouse is tastefully remodeled and decorated, it’s crispy clean and ready for you to enjoy it. Conveniently situated as an end-unit, the two-story Townhouse takes advantage of the reviving trade winds and tropical breezes, bringing you the total island feel.
Sitting on the private lanai, you can enjoy your coffee looking at the morning sunrise, totally surrounded by lush tropical landscape and exotic birds. From the second floor master bedroom, you can walk out on the deck taking a glimpse at the beautiful ocean. When you feel ready, an ancient path will take you on a short walk to the secluded sandy Anini Beach. Excellent snorkeling and swimming spot, the beach is surrounded by a reef, making it one of the calmest Kauai beaches. The adventure awaits you in these sparkling waters full of tropical fish and green sea turtles, on this beautiful island of Kauai.

The Townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Princeville Resort at the Kauai North Shore, nestled between the breathtaking Prince and Makai Golf Course and adjacent to the 5 star resort of The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas. Princeville is zoned as a VDA (Vacation Destination Area) and as such it allows for short term rentals operation. Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining and numerous possibilities for various activities (please see activities section).

This is a great place to stay, in a great area on the island. The condo had everything we needed, and is decorated nicely with Hawaiian charm.

Great home in a great location. Welcome book with all the info you need for your stay. Walls are a bit thin (we had a baby with us and needed to make sure we were quiet in the entire unit when she was sleeping), but the space was perfect (spacious and clean with all the things you could ever need). Complex had a pool but it wasn't anything special and we mostly drove to different beaches anyway. Host was quick to respond and very nice. Price seems a bit high, but overall would stay again.

Alex was a fantastic host and made the entire stay seamless from start to finish. The condo in Princeville was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything on hand. We even spent a rainy day doing a puzzle from the unit, which was a great touch. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to settle in and enjoy meals without having to go out. It also had everything we needed for the beach, which made our time there easy and enjoyable. Overall, a well-prepared space that made for a smooth, relaxing stay.

Perfect stay

We loved the spaciousness of the unit. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location was perfect. Restaurants, shops and beach are all just a short walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Alex and Koko were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our trip. The home is located in a fantastic neighborhood, just a short drive from our favorite spots like Anini and Tunnels Beach. It’s also perfectly situated for visiting Haena State Park and hiking the iconic Nā Pali coastline.Visiting in April was ideal—the swells on the North Shore were perfect for learning to surf, yet the water remained calm enough for easy snorkeling. Having stayed on the East Coast in 2023, I definitely prefer the North Shore now, unless you're planning a trip to the 'Forbidden Island,' which requires boarding a boat from the South Shore.One thing for future guests to note: like most North Shore properties, this home does not have air conditioning. While the night breeze and daily rain showers kept things cool enough for me, my kids—who are used to our central AC at home—found it a bit warm. Overall, a great experience and our preferred area for future Kauai trips!

Perfect for our island getaway. Lots of space for ourselves and our adult children. Bright, airy and clean. Great to come back to after a day hiking or snorkeling. Close to grocery store. The beach gear was appreciated!

We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant place to land. Thank you to our hosts!

Everything is worn and slightly broken. For the cost I was expecting more upkeep. Lots of ants nightly coming in from three different spots. Found the ant killer spray and that took care of one of the entrances, seems like all the bug traps are luring them in.

Beautiful townhouse. Nice and very spacious. I would recommend owner say no ac. Owner provided fans also screen doors and screens on windows. We enjoyed our stay. Lovely place!! We would like to stay again.

Princeville vacation

The property was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and toys. It was very clean. In a nice location not far from shopping center. We had a couple minor issues which were immediately taken care of by the property manager, Koko. Outstanding service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Ten days in Kauai was outstanding! Our townhome in Princeville was just right.It was furnished with everything we needed,very clean and very easy to find.The North Shore is beautiful and we especially enjoyed snorkeling in Queen's Bath!After a great day of sightseeing,tubing and of course excellent dining,it was soooo relaxing to come "Home" to such a relaxing place.Super quiet and friendly neighbors.We would definately stay here again!Thanks, Alex, for making paradise so easy and affordable! Lovely little condo

We are owners at a close by vacation resort and had some family tag along on our trip this year, so we decided to try a new place. This was a great spot to stay with everything we needed. My one complaint would be that only a few select outlets actually worked. When we tried to plug in the fans or needed to charge a phone, it was like a treasure hunt to find another working plug. Overall we were pleased with the stay, thanks for sharing your home with us as we explore paradise.

Thank you for the feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at the townhouse. We wish we were informed earlier about the outlets. During cleaning after your checkout, we noticed that the breaker was tripped for some reason. We reset the breaker and the outlets are all functional now.

Spacious comfortable base to explore Kauai

We really enjoyed our stay at this place and found it a great base to explore Kauai. It is spacious and well equipped, we appreciated the beach/ snorkel gear and ample towels. The washer/ dryer also very handy. Checkin was easy and place was very clean. Beds comfortable and fans were fine for us in late May/ early June. Only minor hiccup was fridge stopped working and needed defrosting half way through stay but was resolved by property manager. Quiet complex - except for the rosters but hey it’s Kauai! Thank you for the stay
