Experience uninterrupted tranquility, as an inverter ensures the entire apartment remains powered during load shedding, ensuring your lifestyle remains seamless. • Vigilant 24-hour security guard ensuring your safety around the clock.
• This is a no smoking unit.
• To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted.
• Uninterrupted productivity, even during load shedding events, thanks to a reliable inverter that stands ready as a backup power source.
• Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Do not use the stove, washing machine, microwave & the dishwasher; these appliances will cause a fire, and the inverter will run out of battery within 15 mins.
• Do not use the plugs by the TV for ironing, kindly use the ones in the bedrooms or kitchen.
Please note that our services do not include a daily cleaning service, we do, however, include a mandatory exit cleaning fee, tailored to each room type, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. While we offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost for extended stays or shorter bookings, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering.
We do however, offer one complementary clean for bookings longer than 14 nights and two complementary cleans for 30 days bookings/month to month bookings. Our housekeeping team does not work on Sundays and on holidays.
