There was plenty of space, the separate man cave was good for privacy, and being dog friendly was number one on the list of positives for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was comfortable and the view was lovely. It was easy to get to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. We ran into a few small problems such as running out of garbage bags, hand soap and TP in one bathroom. I was surprised that the host didn't respond when I messaged. We figured out workarounds and enjoyed a comfortable weekend.

The host Jonathan was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We appreciated the text before we checked in which included a guide to the house. The house is located on a beautiful golf course and we enjoyed the lovely views of the water. The rooms were spacious and the house was clean. We had a lovely weekend and wish we would have extended our stay!

We had our whole family stay together for a multi-generational get together. The keyboard, guitar, arcade game table, pool table, dart board, hot tub, barbecue, were fabulous entertainment for all of us. And the views! Spectacular! The private path to the beach was a real gem as well. We’re so thankful we got to stay in this beautiful place together. Thank you!

This spacious and clean house with a beautiful ocean view was exactly as advertised. We were a group of 6 adults, 1 toddler and two small dogs, and all had a great time. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, as well as the short drive to nearby beaches, hikes and eateries. Would return in a heartbeat!

This house has an excellent view of Bodega Bay and is just minutes away from Doran Beach. We were unable to find the five minute walk to Doran Beach trail, so it took us fifteen minutes to walk there. The neighborhood is very nice and is in the golf course literally. Three of our party enjoyed the golf course and we all enjoyed dinner at the golf course restaurant. There were nine of us and I think the house was large enough for us. There were plenty of activities to do at the house as advertised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot!

Perfect location and a great house for a weekend with friends or family. Quick to get to the beach and town, but also a nice place to just hang.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The living area/kitchen is awesome. Wonderful views. Needs a real good deep clean!! The kitchen/pantry are well stocked but there isn’t any room to put our things (food, etc). There were several items that didn’t work ie toaster, toaster oven. We also misunderstood the man cave situation. You have to go outside to access. There were 9 of us and we were counting in using the 3rd bathroom which was in the man cave. No access from inside the main house. Hot tub buttons don’t work so we couldn’t adjust the temp. Also not very clean. Lots of sand in the bottom and kinda had a green tinge to the water. The house needs some upgrading. And a real good cleaning!!!The host was very responsive when we had issues!!

We had a family gathering for an anniversary with three generations and two dogs, and we all were comfortable. There was lots of room for the whole family to be together in, as there’s a wonderful, light filled high ceilinged living room. The views of Bodega Bay are just beautiful!! The best beach and tide pool areas are so nearby. The development is built around a golf course, and we are not golfers, but having the large greens around and behind the house is pleasant. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub holds 4-6 very comfortably. The house is older and comfortably worn, and suited us to a “t.”

Great family location

The house was spacious and welcoming. There was plenty to do for all ages. Gaines, pool table, hot tub. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed our time.

This home is very welcoming and ideal for a large family, early holiday celebration, or a group of adults traveling together. Rooms are decent sized, especially the primary suite. Everyone has access directly from bedrooms to bathrooms. TVs and Pool Table very fun downstairs. BBQ area great with spacious and clean hot tub. Cute backyard great for small dogs. Host was phenomenal in communication and very kind. Truly helpful online guide for everything in the home and how to troubleshoot just about anything within the home. We will definitely stay here for future Bodega Bay vacays. Neighborhood is very nice and lots of hills for great walking. Saw a few deer and lots of birds.

I rented this for a long weekend with my kids and grandkids. I was looking for somewhere really brown and unkempt, and this place really fit the bill! We always prefer stained mattresses to clean ones, and wow did this place deliver! Some of the beds even had a nice bar right down the middle. The kitchen cabinets and drawers looked really hard to open, but don't worry, our hands stuck right to them, making it easier to access the chaotic mess inside. We thought it might be hard to find what we needed in those heavy broken down drawers, but when we pulled them open about halfway, everything came crashing out onto the floor so that we could see everything and easily find what we were looking for! We were all feeling a little deficient in microplastics leading up to this stay, but one look at that cookware, and we knew we'd be getting more than we probably had in our entire lives, in just one weekend. When my son got out of the hot tub, it was only his heel that punched through the rotten wood, not his whole leg, and that's always nice. We were worried that we wouldn't have access to the gym, but then we got a real workout trying to open the windows. Then, we got visited by the neighborhood yellow jackets because most of the windows didn't even have screens. The buzzing really drowned out the sound of the nearby ocean waves. The view was indeed spectacular.
