This versatile retreat offers two separate living spaces—a spacious 4-bedroom main house and a cozy 1-bedroom apartment—perfect for large families, groups, or dual couples’ getaways.
Guests will have plenty of space to unwind in this two units home.
Main House Features:
*1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Double-Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Sofa Bed.
*2 En-Suite Bathrooms, Plus a Shared Hallway Bath
Full Chef's Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and A/C & Heat
Apartment Features:
*1 Bedroom
*1 Bathroom
Both units also have a Sofa Bed in each living room, fully equipped Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, A/C & Heat.
Both spaces are tastefully decorated and designed to provide the comforts of home with upscale amenities, including fast WiFi, a gated pool, BBQ grill, and patio dining. Whether you rent the entire property or just one unit, you'll have access to outdoor living spaces to relax and enjoy.
The pool and backyard areas are shared between both units but separated by fencing to ensure privacy and comfort.

Main House: 3 cars maximum
Apartment: 2 cars maximum
Please note: To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.

HOUSE RULES:
➢GUESTS WHO WILL BOOK SHOULD BE 25 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. IN CASE WE DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE REQUIREMENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION.
➢This listing is pet-friendly-Due to cat allergies, please refrain from bringing cats.
➢ ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors
➢ *No parties, events, or gatherings allowed*
➢Strictly no smoking inside the property! Penalty: $3000
➢Cars on the street will be towed at guest expense.
➢ After 4 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night.
➢ If there are any undisclosed guests,we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person.
➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.
➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.
➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; if you smoke it, smoke it outside; if you drink it, drink it inside... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...
➢Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it.
PET FEES & RULES:
➢ Please advise if you have pets. This listing is pet-friendly. However, due to cat allergies, we only allow dogs.
We charge a pet fee of:
$25/per day per pet that you bring with you. This reduces to...
$150/week per pet and...
$300/month per pet for longer-term guests.
➢ Pets are not allowed on the furniture, on the beds, or in the pool.
Pet poop should be picked up, no poop should be left in the property.
When left alone should be crated.
ADDITIONAL FEES MAY OCCUR IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES BY THE PET.
➢ *Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge.*
➢ Additional fee may occur if excessive shedding/pet fur is left after departure.
➢ Bully breeds are not allowed, multiple pets require prior approval
➢ Dogs over 25 lbs will require extra verification and approval
