We needed a place to have all our kids and grandkids. Multiple bedrooms, large kitchen and living room . The pool was a real plus , I think if it was cooler the outside fire pit would have been fantastic . Super easy to check in, great location , short walk to the St Aug Fishcamp restaurant as well as the Ice Plant . Will stay here again without a doubt

We loved this house. Very spacious- the kitchen was huge and it has plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and the house was stocked well. The pool was nice- we chose not for it to be heated and it was perfect. The neighbors are a bit finicky as parking is tight - that was the only draw back. The walk to downtown is a bit far - a little less than mile but not too bad. We walked it several times. Overall we were very pleased with this house and location!

A wonderful home with a wonderful host! Our family had a fantastic experience vacationing in Saint Augustine and our accommodations had much to do with it. Shraddha "The People's Champion" left no stone unturned to ensure we had everything we needed and the property was certainly as beautiful as advertised! Would recommend both the property and the host to anyone seeking their next adventure in Saint Augustine, Florida!

Probably the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. I had visited the house a few years back for a friends wedding weekend, which is why we rented it ourselves for my daughter's wedding weekend. It is so must nicer and better stocked with amenities now. We can't thank the host Shraddha enough for her flexibility and overall communications. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs this much space for a visit to St Aug.

This home is lovely, just as depicted, it was a great stay. Incredibly roomie and spacious closets, sometimes rentals can be a bit cramped, not the case here. The beds are super comfortable, and again the bathrooms spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The backyard is cozy and has luscious vegetation makes you feel as if you are in a world of your own. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. We did not want to leave.

This home was conveniently located and is walkable to St. Augustine historic district (.5 to 1 mile depending on destination. Great way to get to know the area - several good restaurants within .5 miles. House was well stocked and furniture was comfortable for our 2 week stay. The pool and yard were well maintained with weekly cleaning service. Property is pet-friendly and neighborhood is very walkable for our fur baby. Owner went beyond to ensure that everything was great throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if in the area.

I cannot say enough about how accommodating Shraddha was. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The place was very well stocked including spice rack, cleaning supplies, trash bags, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, bug spray, citronella candles, towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, stain remover, grill with gas. I stayed here 9 days and didn't have to buy any of the above items. Check in and out was a breeze. The house is really close to downtown. If you have trolley tickets, stop Eleven is a block and a half from the house. There were eight adults and two toddlers in our party. The house provided plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We all had a great time! I am looking forward to coming back. This has truly been the nicest place I have stayed in St Augustine, and I have been coming here for over 20 years. I highly recommend it!!!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this stay was amazing! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, which made check-in a breeze.The property was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell there’s so much care and thought put into every detail, from the cozy touches to the well-stocked essentials. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great - less than 20 minutes from the town! We appreciated the little extras that made our stay special and stress-free. There are not enough stars in the sky to rate this property. When 4 hard to please 60 year old women find themselves in complete agreement on accommodations, it’s not only a miracle, it’s when you know you’ve hit the VRBO jackpot.Sharing some comments from the week,This house smells amazing. No need for the candles we brought from home.The kitchen is huge! Almost makes us wish we planned to cook.This pool and backyard is an oasis. How much would this cost hubby to install at home?The pool is a perfect size for this floating Mahjong game. Check these yummy sheets for a tag. I’m ordering.Have you smelled the shampoo in the shower???Aren’t we glad we added an extra day to this trip?!?!?!Has anyone even seen a spec of dirt? My house should be so clean. We absolutely loved our stay!!! Everything was fabulous. The house is gorgeous and the hosts are phenomenal! Everything was so beautiful even down to the hand soap! The location is perfect, not too close to town but not too far away either. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool and backyard is serene! The host is super accommodating, we were able to check in a bit early and the ease of check in and out was super easy. I can’t say enough about how gorgeous and well put together this house is, the beds were very comfortable and the furniture in the house was also comfy. The towels were luxurious even down to the shampoo and body wash. They have board games and lots of places to hang out in the house. We will definitely be booking a longer stay here. Out of all the places that I have been this is by far one of my favorites. We come to Saint Augustine about 2 to 3 times a year and we’ve stayed from hotels to bed n breakfast places and this house was by far my favorite, it’s amazing. The host checked on us throughout our stay and made sure everything was up to our expectations and it all was.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent this home again. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which always makes a big difference when booking a vacation rental. My boyfriend and I traveled down to spend time with my parents, sister, and brother who live nearby, and the house worked perfectly for our family gathering. There was plenty of space for six adults to spread out comfortably, and the rooms were large and well laid out. One feature that was especially helpful for us was the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom, which made things much easier for my dad who has knee issues and doesn't do well with stairs. The outdoor space is great too. There's a fenced backyard, which was perfect since my parents travel with their dog. We also loved the Adirondack chairs and fire pit area, and the house has a pool and BBQ as well. Even though we didn't use everything during our stay, it was nice to have so many options for relaxing outside. The location is very convenient, close to downtown St. Augustine and an easy drive to the beaches. The house had everything we needed, and we ended up spending a lot of time just relaxing there, cooking, and enjoying time together as a family. We've stayed in a number of vacation rentals over the years, and this home was especially comfortable and well set up for a family stay. We would definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in the Lincolnville Historic District! The house was spotless, incredibly spacious, and perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, and the layout made it easy for grandparents, parents, and kids to all feel comfortable.The location was great — a quiet, charming neighborhood within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine. We loved being able to stroll to shops, restaurants, and historic sites, and it was also an easy drive to everything else we wanted to see.The heated pool was a fantastic bonus and made for relaxing afternoons after exploring the city. The kids loved it! Meanwhile, the adults appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was; it had everything we needed for meals at home, and the Nespresso machine was such a delightful addition to our mornings.Our host, Shraddha, was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. She also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again. It made our St. Augustine getaway truly special!

Absolutely amazing house!! We had a great time. So easy to check in and out, and the home had everything we needed. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
