The room was great! My boyfriend and I went together we had so much fun. Very convent location to metros, had an elevator (which was a lifesaver) and had ac! Emmanuel was great with responding, because of train schedules we needed to extend our stay an extra night and he responded immediately and we got everything worked out! Also beautiful view, had a great time!

Property is exactly as described. Its small but perfect for 2 people. Centrally located to public transportation and many eating and drinking restaurants nearby.

Super cute place to stay in the middle of paris. Metro around the corner, walkable distance for bakery or grocery. Just loved it. Good communication with the host and very helpful. Will stay again on my next trip to paris.

The host should refund my entire unused stay since we had to move out because of the non working air conditioning and the temperature in the room.

Cool neighborhood that doesn't feel too touristy, close to plenty of restaurants and easy walk to shops. Small space that's cozy but will feel somewhat crammed for taller people (the bathroom was a too small for my 6 ft 3 in husband). The sofa bed isn't great, super squeaky and not the best quality. This works if you're not planning on spending much time inside and will be out and about. At night you can also see the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Great location and for the price can’t be beat with everything you need.Host very accommodating. Top floor but there’s an elevator, which is always a plus and hard to come by. Thank you Emmanuel! I’ll be back!

Great stay overall. Apartment was small, but very considered, with everything you would need for a stay. Host was communicative and accommodating. Apartment in great location - quiet, easy to access metro, and within walking distance of le marais. Very good value, however, one thing to consider when staying here - the bed is a pull out with loud springs and very little back support. So, if you have back issues, I would consider a different place. If you’re ok with a pull out, this apartment is a great stay and I would highly recommend! Thanks, Emmanuel!

Le logement est conforme à la description, bien placé, propre, dans un quartier agréable et bien pourvu en commerces et restaurants, très pratique car à quelques minutes du métro. Quelques petits points négatifs cependant : le canapé lit n'est pas confortable, il n'y a qu'une chaise pour s'asseoir à table, le wifi n'a pas fonctionné. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très passable, j'ai dû appeler Abritel plusieurs fois car il ne répondait pas aux messages, et tardait à me donner les instructions d'entrée dans le logement. Il m'a fourni les informations moins de 24 heures avant l'arrivée, j'ai trouvé que c'était un peu tard, d'autant plus qu'il n'avait pas répondu aux 2 messages que je lui avais envoyés (un premier à la réservation et un second au mois d'août...).

Tout était très bien. L’hôte est sympathique ( via messages). L’appartement est cosy et très propre et très bien situé ( ligne métro 9 à 1 mn à pied).
