Shops nearby. Family friendly. The room was clean, new and nice. The ac could be cooler at night. A small fridge & TV would have be beneficial. A bolt on the inside bedroom door would also be considerate. Getting to the room a little awkward.Overall, the room and host were nice.

We are glad that you had a nice stay. Since the reservation was originally made for 3 guests, I added a twin bed to one of the rooms, this resulted in moving the sitting chairs into the other room. Before your arrival you mentioned that I might only be two guests. I wanted to give you maximum options. Your feedback is appreciated.

Great way to visit Ave Maria!

The property is beautiful, and the private room and bathroom were immaculate (far better than most hotels). Ken was also very proactive in communicating and prompt to respond. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit!
