This is a brand new Custom Barndominium. Just finished building it in March 2023. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, laundry room, living and dining areas and a beautiful big Kitchen. Blue Pearl Royal granite countertops. All appliances pots pans etc are new. We have a nice Farmers porch to sit and relax on.

Excellent stay!

Omg this place is awesome! Everything about it met our needs. We grilled out every night, hung out on front porch with coffee in the morning, slept soundly and it just was so peaceful! We will be back for sure. John was amazing with responding to any questions. He's so nice and the neighborhood was perfect setting.

Great place for visiting the area

We stayed at the barndominium for a long weekend to visit family in the area. The property is as described and was well supplied with everything we needed. Super clean and in a quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, brand new, everything you could need

I stayed with my teenage son, 20 something son and his gf, 20 something daughter and her boyfriend. Everyone had their own space when needed. Huge bathrooms. Everything was brand new and really nice. Even the tile in shower was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, including Tupperware, coffee, spices, etc. Porch and rocking chairs were great. House was so clean! Communication was amazing! I would totally recommend this house. The only negative- and not even a dig on the house was that our family that lives in Naples was about 30 minutes away. But even that was fine. Easy to drive up immakolee and get McDonalds, Starbucks etc. DoorDash and instacart delivered to the house. This by far the coolest and nicest house we’ve stayed in in any city we’ve visited. Our family has stayed in many Vrbo and we all were like can we take this house to our next vacation destination.

Naples Getaway

We were all anxious to see the barndominium! Bedrooms were very spacious. Overall a clean, relaxing and convenient to store residence.

Highly recommend

Great location for visiting friends and family in and around Golden Gate and the Estates. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need! Close to the Casino in Immokalee as well. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room inside and out.

Awesome trip!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Naples. Check in was easy, accommodations were great and it was just what we were looking for. We have family close by and were traveling back and forth to their home. The Barn was so well stocked with everything.. cleanliness was a big concern for me, but everything was spotless! We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay… we will be returning’

The BEST Stay!

Traveled from OH to Naples, FL for a family graduation. So happy to stumble upon the "barn", as it was only about 10 miles from our family! It was everything as described and more. The first thing I noticed was how CLEAN the place was. Literally spotless. Had plenty of everything. Towels, soap, dishes, cookware - but the little touches (coffee, creamer, bottled water, milk) were the real MVP's. John was very accomodating and even checked in a time or two just to be sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your place with us! We will 1000% be back :)

Great place to stay.

Thoroughly reviewed pictures and comments before booking; they were true! Friends who visited were thoroughly impressed, and the place was very comfortable. First time in Naples and found areas closer to ocean very crowded with lots of traffic so it was delightful to come back to the Barndominium in a residential area with very limited traffic (but stores were close by). Being able to have coffee at the comfortable chairs and table on the front porch was a great way to start the day (sun sets out that way in the evening). Kitchen is extremely well appointed with every detail thought out and includes some specialty equipment. Cabinet space is plentiful with some empty for whatever one wants to store. Equipment and service for entertaining is included. Imho, the Hamilton Beach coffee maker makes much better coffee than a Keurig due to better temp and time to brew. The bedrooms are comfortable and all have ample drawer and closet space. Every room has a tv and can connect to a dvr service to record favorite programs when absent. Bathrooms are well appointed. The house includes ample supplies such as tp and pt for the stay, as well as cleaning products and equipment (including for washer and dryer). All in all, I've stayed in many nice vrbo houses, but this is the best yet; everything works well, much is included to make one's stay comfortable, the place is very clean, and John is a wonderful host!

Excellent experience

We initially chose this site primarily because of location and available parking - we trailered our motorcycle. We were overwhelmed with this experience. The location was far enough out - but close enough in. Quiet and safe area, dead-end street perfect for walks. The host and amenities he provided were far above any prior rentals we have EVER made. This kitchen was FULLY equipped with appliances and utensils, as well as other goodies provided for our convenience. If we could give 10* we would. This site will definitely be at the top of our list of repeats.

Great place; quite area

The Barndo was a great. I have never had a Vrbo that provided milk & coffee creamer in the fridge nor basic bathroom essentials in case you forgot to pack something. Above and beyond for “hospitality”. Location is in an area that is being developed, so there is currently a drive to restaurants and such. Overall great experience at the Barndo. Will definitely use this Vrbo again!

We stayed here for weeks and just love it. The house is just wonderful. Host was great! I would recommend the place for everyone. Very clean and spacious.

Amazing!!!!

We have stayed in many condos and this was one of our absolute favorites! It was immaculate! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would ever need. John was great! We stayed over Christmas so he provided us with suggestions on where to eat and close grocery stores. He even texted to say that the place was ready early and that we did not need to wait until check in time. We highly recommend staying in this lovely place!

Just what you’re looking for

Dropped our kid off at Ave Maria University. Wow, this property was exactly what you hope when you rent a house. Easy communication without sending 16 messages during our stay (it’s happened), hotel-style cleanup request for checkout (last place asked us to take the large garbage can to the street!), and stocked with tons of spices, water, coffee, etc. the kitchen was equipped for a holiday. The beds were perfect, and all the linens were pristine. No weird Buddha statues to stash in cabinets. Washer and dryer with All free and clear detergent available. Truly a one of a kind place. We’re sending family and will be booking again!

WOW! WOW! WOW! The best property I have ever rented.

I was so very fortunate to find this positively fantastic VRBO. I have rented a number of rental properties in different parts of the country, but have never found a more beautiful, well-equipped rental with a manager who had the most responsive communication ever. This brand-new rental was especially designed to make the renter comfortable and satisfied. Upon walking in the front door, you are greeted with the most beautiful fan/ light hanging fixtures on the tallest ceilings in a room painted in soft light colors and a bottle of wine with corkscrew to get your trip started. The BARNDO is all designed state of the art with multiple BIG screen televisions and top of the line appliances, multiple lights in every room, a bed with massage and raised foot and head controls, and a wonderfully comfortable master bed that I am going to purchase the same one. It was stocked with the most kitchen equipment that I have ever seen in a rental property. Pots and pans, cheese graters, pasta strainers, baking dishes, kitchen tools, and anything you would need to make a homemade meal. The photos do not do this property justice, as it is just so much better than what can be shown in a picture. We simply loved our stay at the BARNDO conveniently located in a great neighborhood.
