Clean and Convenient side by side Duplex Apartment across from North Berkeley BART (Subway). Fully furnished, fully stocked, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with cherry furniture, free WI FI, 55" flat screen smart TV, DVD player, Netflix, eat in kitchen, new stove, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new microwave, new Speed Queen washer/dryer, sets of dishes, cookware and utensils. There are new safety grab bars in the bathtub/shower. There are fresh and clean linens, extra towels, extra blankets, extra pillows, new lighting and new window treatments. We have books, magazines, board games and puzzles for all ages. There is a craft box for kids to create fun stuff with their imagination. Dedicated off street parking. Level-in no stairs. Walk or bicycle to The University of California. Shop at the local Monterey Market, Magnani Meats, Monterey Fish, Cheese Store, Fresh Bakery and local Roma Cafe. Enjoy eating out in the Gourmet Ghetto or on 4th Street with many restaurants and shops to choose from. Central location with easy access to San Francisco and The Bay Area. Our neighbors are friendly and the area is residential with three parks within a short walking distance. There is a bicycle / jogging path next to the property which winds for miles thru beautiful neighborhoods. We welcome our guests from all over the world and enjoy helping them and their families. Very well-stocked and appointed. Very close to public transportation. All the communication, check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. Having a parking space in Berkeley is very helpful. We were moving our daughter in to Cal, and while it isn't walking distance to campus, it was very convenient and worked well for us.

The house was conveniently located near both the train station and 2 bus stops that made getting around Berkeley and San Francisco easy (even without a rental car). The place was clean and well stocked such that we did not have to immediately go out and get things to be comfortable.

Great location in Berkeley literally next to BART. Well stocked kitchen with all the equipment we would need. We appreciated having a washer and dryer to be able to do a few loads of wash while we were there. Beds were comfortable. We will stay there again.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect state, given we were traveling with a toddler. Their host was extremely efficient in replying to our questions and setting things up for us. It almost felt smoother than staying at our own home. Strongly recommend choosing this residence for any amount of stay in Berkeley, especially if you're traveling with a small child.

Very clean, comfy beds, wonderful full size washer and dryer, lots of games and fun for our grandkids, great neighborhood for walks. Host was wonderful and very available. Great location for BART and a parking space.

Nice, quiet neighborhood and house, conveniently located near grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants. The second bedroom’s closet had been converted into a toilet area, but the door couldn’t fully close. The separate shower and small sink were in the corner of the room, so we ended up using the bathroom near the main bedroom instead. Overall, the house was clean and welcoming!

Quiet tucked away spot right next to the North Berkeley BART. Easy trip into the city. Very clean with a full kitchen. Off street parking which was very convenient during the rainy week.

Great place great location just perfect!

It was very easy to rent this property, and I especially liked the fact that Scott wanted to know a little bit about our visit because it helps him understand what a renter might need especially when it relates to family.

Excellent place, I would book again

Excellent location. We were here to tour UC Berkeley and spend sometime getting to know the area. I like the home, had everything we needed and the description and photos were very accurate. Excellent communication with the owner/host (Scott).

Scott was a very good communicator and provided useful, thoughtful information about the area. The unit is clean, pleasant, reasonably quiet and very well stocked. It is also very close to the station.
