Lovely beach week at this condo. Nicole was a great communicator during our stay on a couple of instances when we needed to chat. Our kids and nephew absolutely loved the pool! Would rent here again for sure. Great value.

The property was very clean and well stocked with towels, linens and paper products. Although the pool was not yet open for the season, the area was very secluded from the neighbors and look very serene and relaxing. Also, the condo is very close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

As advertised. Owner is great to work with and quick to respond. Walk to the beach is a beautiful short path through nature. Parking was easy and plenty. Pool was clean and relaxing. Everything you need for your vacation is in the kitchen. We will be renting this unit again!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for better hosts. Nicole and Rich were so kind! responsive, and very accommodating from check-in to check-out. The property was clean and comfortable with a cute beach vibe. The beds and pillows were comfy. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and how well everything was maintained. There is a nice pool on the property and direct beach access worth the walk to the water! Hosts provided very nice beach chairs too. The location was great, only 12 minutes to Atlantic City. And not a far walk to the ice cream parlor - perfect for after dinner sweet treats and a short 3 minute drive to the grocery store. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Thank you for your hospitality!

This 2 bedroom condo was the perfect size for my husband and I on our mini getaway. The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels (provided) were the finest quality I’ve had at a rental property. The location was excellent for beach access and chairs were there. I highly recommend this property.

This place was perfect. It is steps away from the path to the beach. The condo was clean and welcoming upon entering. Being able to use the beach chairs was great, saved me on room for other stuff to travel with. The kitchen was everything we needed. The bathroom was small but was exactly what you would expect from a small condo. At no time did the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) feel like we didn’t have space to move. One observation, certainly not a criticism, is that the path from the road to the beach was quite lengthy. Maybe this is expected but I had never been to Brigantine prior so I was unaware. I am definitely going to stay here again as my family and I thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Wonderful place that is right on the beach, great location to the community center, and nice surrounding neighborhood for walks! My SIL and I took our two oldest kids for a long weekend and they had a blast and loved that the beach was such a short walk and how close it was to the community center. Highly recommend this property if you are traveling with kiddos as it checked all the boxes. For reference our kids are 5!

Here’s a short and casual 5-star style review you could use:---We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable 2BR beach condo! The corner unit made it very convenient, and being just steps to the beach couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything was spotless, comfy, and felt like home. Nicole and Rich were wonderful hosts super kind and easy to communicate with. Truly the perfect, spot for a beach getaway, we can’t wait to come back!
