Quite stay. The decks are the star of the show, or rather the sight and sound of the waves from the deck. The pool was nice after a day in the sun. Perfect peaceful get away, plenty of room for all, and the fenced yard was safe for our pets. I Highly recommend this stay.

The house is exactly as described, it did not disappoint!!!From the ocean views, to the pool, and hot tub. Stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Thank goodness there was an elevator, it made unloading/loading up so much easier.

This property was spectacular. Pool, on the beach, beautiful views, beautiful house, plenty of room, well stocked with everything you could think of. Very communicative and respectful. We couldn't ask for a better vacation property.

The good: This is an amazing location! The property is well-maintained, and the hosts have made sure everything you could possibly need is available. Beautiful view! The elevator makes the varied home levels more accessible to most guests. One thing I'd change: In order to prevent possible falls, I'd mark the unregulated differences in step-ups and step-downs so that they are more visible to guests' eyes.Overall, though, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway, and we'd definitely choose it again.

Best Mother's Day Weekend

Beautiful home! The pictures are a true reflection of the property!! The elevator was a huge help with transferring luggage to the various floors and my parents are thankful for less impact on their knees. The kitchen was fully stocked - one of the best we’ve stayed at. We had an amazing time and will be coming

We truly enjoyed our stay! The beach views were beautiful, and the sunrises were absolutely picturesque each morning. The open-concept kitchen and living area were perfect for gathering and entertaining. Even though it’s technically winter in Texas, the pool was still refreshingly chilly for a quick plunge. Plus, the public beach access was just a short walk away!

We'll Be Back!!! Perfect Getaway

This place was the "easy-button" and a perfect site for our management meeting. Excellent proximity to the beach, shops and food. House was brand new and wonderful views of the gulf. We'll be back again next year for the next set of meetings.

Nice

We enjoyed our stay. except for a few things. For the price we paid the AC on level 2 was either set too warm, or didn't work. We had three hot, restless sleeps. Our kids were so excited there was a ping pong table, yet no balls. We would have brought our own had we known.We loved the pool, hot tub and well stocked kitchen. The patio seating was amazing and we loved the fire pit.We would definitely rent this again.

Beautiful!!

This place is beautiful!! A lot of space. Huge kitchen. Awesome views. Only negative…no hooks for towels and no place to hang clothes.

Great "Short" stay!

We came down on a very last minute trip for the Mardi Gras weekend and really enjoyed our time. The house was well equipped, appointed and as advertised. Super clean, fresh and ready to enjoy the beach. Unfortunately, with all the town activities, we just didn't get to enjoy the home as much as we would have liked. It's a great house and would consider again.

Amazing Vacation Spot

This guy place was quiet, peaceful, and private. The pool was clean and so was the place. Our pets had a great time enjoy the safe secure environment. Great fun amenities to have fun for all moments. The only issues we had was the checking process due to the lock malfunction put host available instantly to resolve our issues and the fact that the elevator wasn’t working during our stay. Overall a great place to have a romantic getaway or a family vacation trip.

This house has everything for everyone in your group. Huge pool. Hot tub. Gas range. Gas grill. Elevator. Amazing views from 2nd floor living room. Bathrooms galore!

Beautiful home, beautiful views!

This home was amazing! It was clean, comfortable and had amazing outdoor accommodations. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with, there was 2 washers and dryers, the bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was not having towel hooks in the bathrooms. Otherwise, perfect vacation spot and we would definitely go back!

Great Home, Well Cared For

This property is nicer than the photos. It is well maintained and taken care of. Mgmt response to service was excellent. There were issues with the keypad access, but management responded promptly. Will definitely keep this property in our file for future stays!
