The Space:

This villa offers a harmonious blend of modern elegance, featuring four beautifully designed bedrooms—three with private bathrooms, including two with bathtubs, plus a separate detached casita. This spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

This cozy casita also includes a private patio with a BBQ grill.

Getting Around:

Santa Carmela is ideally located in the Corridor of Cabo San Lucas, offering easy access to some of the area's top attractions. Just a 15-minute drive will take you to downtown Cabo San Lucas, where you can explore the famous Marina, enjoy vibrant nightlife, and dine at world-class restaurants. Medano Beach, one of the most popular beaches in the region, is also nearby, perfect for swimming, water sports, and beachside dining. Other Things to Note:

Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety. Child hazards include but are not limited to: Pool & jacuzzi with no gates. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults or 14 people if it's a mix of adults and kids, making it perfect for families and groups.

Santa Carmela Community Rules:

* Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am

* Out door music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood

* All guests must be registered at reservation and check-in

* Any non registered guest /visitor requires Property Management authorization and security registration

* All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers



We would like to bring to your attention that there may be construction activities taking place during the day, regular times are 9 to 5 pm and 9:00 to 1 pm on Saturdays,



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 500 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines



Interaction with Guests:

While we want you to freely enjoy your stay, be assured that our Property Management and Concierge staff will be at your service since you book and through your stay for any question or reservation you may need.

Security staff is available on site 24 hour.



Private Chef Services Available: We can arrange a private chef for your group. Rates start at $140 for breakfast or lunch, $170 for dinner, or $370 for all three meals a day for up to 6 guests; 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about cost for larger groups or holiday season rates.
