We loved our stay at this well appointed very clean vacation home. It was the perfect size for our family and we loved the fact that we could walk everywhere. We look forward to returning next year.

Large enough to accommodate many guests, with six bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

Great house, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great sun roof deck. We loved the lazy Susan on the dining room table. Plus you got pool and ping pong table. The only thing that I could omplain about is the two rugs on the front porch crunch up too easily, making them a trip hazard.

House accommodates 10-12 people sleeping. Location is excellent. 1 block to boardwalk and beach. However, there are no gathering places in the house to accommodate this number of people. Kitchen is awkward and dining area is far too small for all to eat at once. There is a useless bar area adjacent to the kitchen. What for? Living room furniture is too big as are dining room chairs. Plus, the rental agent provides NO SUPPLIES I.e. no toilet paper, no trash bags, no kitchen supplies such as paper towels, dish towels, dish washer pods, etc, etc, etc. We made it all work for 10 people but will not come back for sure.

While the home accommodates up to 12, we appreciate the note that the common areas felt tight for a group of your size, and we will request that the owner look into ways to optimize the space. Regarding the supplies, most vacation rentals in our beach community operate on a 'bring-your-own' policy for paper products, linens and household sundries, which is noted in our rental agreement.
