Stylish West Sedona Home With NEW Remodel and NEW Furniture

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish West Sedona home conveniently located close to restaurants, wine bars, grocery stores etc. Many within walking distance!

We have gone to great lengths to enhance your stay with trendy West Elm furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. Living room has a 98" tv and 100" linear fireplace. Backyard boasts a BBQ grill, shady pergola and a fire pit with Adirondak chairs making it a great place to wind down after a day of hiking or adventure.

All four bedrooms each have a 55" tv with YouTube Tv (135 channels of live tv), Netflix and Max. Each room has an iron, ironing board, full length mirror, extra blanket and two umbrellas.

Three of the four bedrooms have a sitting/reading chair with floor lamp.

There are a variety of board games and a cornhole set to bring out the competitive spirit amongst you and your guests.

Dual washers and dryers, hair dryers in each bathroom and a Sonos soundbar in the living room help make you feel at home.

The entire home is yours when you rent. Owner has a few things in the garage so it only fits one car.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING/VAPING, NO PARTIES- please respect neighbors. The no smoking and no pet policies and maximum occupancy limits will be strictly enforced. Violations will be reported to VRBO and result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.

Great Home, Great Host, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's home. It was a wonderful home, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Lots of special touches, including e-bikes in the garage. Communication with the host, Matt, was exceptional. Quick to respond and very accommodating. It was easy to find, centrally located, and very comfortable. We lacked nothing. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Sedona!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property! The house is spacious and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The location is ideal. It's close to all the major attractions in Sedona but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We loved how easy it was to explore the area. The house is just a short drive from popular spots like Red Rock State Park, where we spent time hiking. The home had everything we needed. It had comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy the surrounding beauty. My family and I had a memorable trip and highly recommend this property!
