Enjoy easy access to the city & mountains from this centrally located, Cozy Home

This home is just five blocks from the center of downtown, 3 min. to the freeway, 7 min. to the airport, and 30 min. to Park City!

WFH with our high speed Wi-Fi, dedicated work spaces, external monitors, and perfect for any vacation, business trip or long-term stay.

The space

We prefer longer stays!

Has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking & baking with all Bosch stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, coffee pot, toaster, seasoning rack, dishwasher, disposal, endless counter space, and more.

Three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen beds and an air mattress and pack n play if needed).

Ideal work from home setup including a dedicated workspace, fast 1Gig Wi-Fi, and nice external monitor.

The Washer and Dryer are on the secured back porch with ample storage for bikes, skis, etc.

Free street parking directly in front of the house. One off street spot also.

Kid friendly. Includes a high chair and pack n play for convenience for traveling with kiddos.

You can self check in with the keypad at any hour.

This house was perfect for a weekend in Salt Lake City. It was easy to get around downtown driving or a train stop was right around the corner. The house was clean and comfortable for what we needed, and they hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again. You are connected to two other units though so if you are a light sleeper be in the know you’ll hear all the steps from upstairs.

Great property, we loved the space, free parking, and it was clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay. It was walkable to some great restaurants and coffee shops as well. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. We had 4 people and plenty of space, and it was great that there were desks in 2 of the rooms as some folks were working. My only constructive note would be to improve communication speed with guests. The hosts were clear communicators but sometimes I would get an automated message in response to something that I sent a day or two before that didn't answer my question. Once that's fixed it will be perfect :)

Very clean, very near many food places and good proximity to downtown. The trax (SLC light rail system) is right outside the door. We didn't use it but convenient if you choose to do so. Street parking is convenient and we had no trouble finding a spot most of the time in front of the house.

We had such a great stay. The host was very welcoming and effective with communications. The house was so clean and maintained well. The location was so convenient and easy.

This was a perfect spot for a trip that was a combination of work and fun. We stayed here with my 8-month-old and it was a great rental for him, as it felt very clean and safe for playing on the rug/ floor and had pretty effective blackout curtains in the bedrooms for rest. The hosts were extremely responsive when I had confusion about how to operate the mini splits, and called me right away to help. Overall, would absolutely stay here again. Do bring earplugs, as the upstairs neighbors can be quite "stompy," but its to be expected in an older house and I don't think there's a way around it, haha.

The location of this home is super convenient. Very close to downtown and access to anything we needed. And the host was amazing and super responsive which we greatly appreciated. There wasn’t a toaster in the kitchen, and when asked about one, they ordered a toaster that arrived the next morning. Super sweet.**The one suggestion I would alert others to is there is an apartment right above and if it’s rented it can be very noisy. The people above us were up late and then up very early and their footsteps were loud and kept us awake. We let the host know and they were very kind and offered to let the people know above us to be quieter.I did not see anywhere on the description when we booked this home that it’s a multi-unit home. It would be nice to make sure this is stated in the description somewhere for future renters to be aware of.
