This property was perfect for our needs! It was central, a 15 minute walk to Salt Palace. It was spacious, clean, had plenty of towels, sheets and blankets and the kitchen was fully stocked. This property allowed us personal space from each other and gathering spaces to relax together and share meals together. I would stay here again!

The host did a wonderful job of communicating. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was very clean, and it was close to everything downtown. I will be staying here again

Great location condo

The condo is in a great location. Easy walk to lots of great shopping and restaurants. Property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

Working downtown

We loved the comfort as well as location. We were an easy walk to public transportation and work downtown. We would stay there again!

Nice rental close to downtown

Place was true to description, fully stocked, free parking spot felt brand new great rental. Only bad thing to point out when tw showers were being used hot water would be interrupted.

Our host was available by text and was helpful and accommodating. The condo is spacious and well equipped. We shared it with three other family members. We had our private spaces and could congregate in the kitchen and living area. We were close to downtown and the Utah state Capital. The free assigned space inside the parking garage was very convenient.
Late afternoon at Great Salt Lake Park, hiking to the summit.
This was well worth seeing!
We were here for more than an hour. It is beautiful, educational, and fun.

There was no mention in the listing that the mainline of the major rail lines serving Salt Lake City and all points east and west was about 150 feet from the unit’s window. Trains literally shook the unit and interfered with a good night’s sleep.

You know how some people are never happy, no matter what? This was definitely one of those people. He literally blamed me for the weather in his first review, which Vrbo took down. If you click on his profile, he has left 14 reviews, and ALL of them are one, two, or three stars. How are people like this allowed to rent on Vrbo?

Overall I really enjoyed our stay! Communication with the host was excellent and the videos provided to help with the check in process were perfect, making it really simple. I also really liked how close it was to the TRAX making it convenient to get to/from airport and going back and forth to/from downtown. My only true "complaint" would be that the train tracks are right there (not the TRAX) and is loud at all hours of the day and night. Though there were earplugs and sound machines in every room, if you are a really light sleeper, you may not want to stay here. I personally sleep hard, so it didn't really bother me.

We had a great stay at this condo and would recommend it, especially for families wanting a central SLC location. A few things to know going in that will help you have a smoother experience than we did!First, the GPS address took us across the street. Put your faith in the host's welcome video, which has great instructions for how to access the property. Just know that video may not reload inside the parking garage (cell service), so screenshot the key steps or jot them down before you go in. We didn't find the elevator right away and ended up hauling luggage up four flights of stairs — totally avoidable.The condo itself is really nice. Beds are comfortable, it's well-stocked with everything you'd expect (linens, kitchen supplies, beach towels for the pool — a lovely touch), and the host is very communicative and responsive. The pool was a highlight for our family.A couple of things to be aware of: If you're a light sleeper, the train tracks are right outside and trains run through the night with horns and noticeable vibration. The host does provide earplugs and white noise machines which helped - it’s a city, so noise is expected. The listing mentions an office, but it's really a dining room — fine for working, but it's the shared space, so plan accordingly.The shower temperature control is a bit tricky — took trial and error to find a comfortable setting.None of these were deal-breakers and the location, the pool, and comfortable space made it a win overall!
